The website is harder to use than most. The item was advertised as available and i was able to order it, but was later contacted and told it was not available. Obviously they have trouble with either inventory or keeping the website updated. And now i am filling out a survey for an item i could not get, so their email list is also not updated.

Ordered a swim suit for first time from this company.?Came promptly! But suit was too tight. Called directly and the female on other end was very helpful and patience. I have used swim outlet online for 6 years but metro had a wider selection of technical suits in speedo. Decided to try metro. Now I have a new swim shop to order from. Thank you for prompt service and awesome easy to get ahold of customer service!

I have ordered a number of suits, be they for Masters Practice or technical suits for competition. You have always been helpful and responsive to my individual needs and circumstances. everything is great besides the cap was the wrong color.

Couldn't have had an easier experience researching, deciding, ordering and receiving 2 swimsuits from Metro Swim Shop. I thought I wanted to visit the store in person, since I live in state and could've tried the suits on for size, but it began to look very inconvenient to get there, so I just ordered them on-line. The web-site was very easy to navigate, easy to see what sizes/colors were available, checkout was simple and straight-forward, shipment arrived in less than the projected time and the fit was perfect. I purchased a suit on Mar 5 and it is Mar 13 and still have not received it. I love in MD which is very close to the NJ warehouse. I received the review request before I have even received my purchase. Frustrating

I got what I ordered, but it was not the color that I ordered.

I like using your online shopping because I can compare in my cart and add and subtract items as needed; however, I kept having issues with the cart. When I clicked on an item to review it would empty my cart. Weird. I had to start all over again 2 times. Other then the technical difficulties, I find Metro Swim a good source for competitive swim gear and apparel. I often get great deals on sale. I have recommended you to other and will continue to do so.

The infant swimsuit is just what we needed. Easy to put on with all of the velcro openings, and does a great job of keeping her warm. Delivery was fast. Very good overall experience.
