I had previously ordered the suit from another company but received an email stating that it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for two weeks. I contacted Metro Swim to confirm that they had the suit in stock. The customer service representative asked me to hold and returned about two minutes later stating that she had the suit I needed in her hand. I paid for overnight shipping and received the suit the next day. I have already recommended metro swim to others and will continue to do so.

But, was disappointed that although my online order went through, several items were gone by the time the order was filled and did not ship. I hope I have better luck next time!

She had requested the Speedo Lzr Elite with comfort straps-not an easy suit to find in size 22. I called Metro Swim Shop- not only did they have it in stock-it arrived before the promised date. She is absolutely thrilled and can't wait to put it on this weekend.

My order was called in on a Wednesday evening and I called Thursday morning because of ordering the wrong size, service person said she would try and change the order but said it may already have been sent. I received the correct size suit the following Monday. I have ordered about 5 times and have always been very satisfied with the purchase and the speed in which it arrives

The product I ordered showed 5+ in stock, I placed my order, order cancelled 3 days later with a message it could not be filled due to no inventory. Very disappointing. At least the payment was never pulled from my account.
