I was interested in a Speedo FSII for my daughter's upcoming meet. I had previously ordered the suit from another company but received an email stating that it was out of stock and wouldn't be in for two weeks. I contacted Metro Swim to confirm that they had the suit in stock. The customer service representative asked me to hold and returned about two minutes later stating that she had the suit I needed in her hand. I paid for overnight shipping and received the suit the next day. I have already recommended metro swim to others and will continue to do so.

Based on my purchase on 04/03/2015 (MS Invoice Number: LR012583), all the items I received are as described with the exception of the Size 26 Maroon SPEEDO Avenger Water Polo Male (Costing US$19.95), which I had placed Order - I had received from you a Size 28 Sapphire SPEEDO Solid Nylon Water Polo Brief (Costing US$7.95) instead. Please let me know what can be done for such error - I would appreciate if you could offer me Discount (through Coupon or any other way) on my next purchase rather than Partial Refund of US$12 or going through the trouble on product exchange. I was very happy to find sale items for swim tops/bottoms that would be age appropriate for 50+ women for water aerobics. But, was disappointed that although my online order went through, several items were gone by the time the order was filled and did not ship. I hope I have better luck next time!

I received an email letting me know that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. The email asked me to reply whether I would like to order another item. I replied and never heard anything in return.

We have had great experience with Metro Swim Shop. They have a large variety of sizes in technical suits and ship very quickly. They are also very customer friendly on returns and offer competitive pricing.

My daughter tore her competition fastskin suit 3 weeks before Junior Olympics and was concerned that we would not be able to replace it in time. She had requested the Speedo Lzr Elite with comfort straps-not an easy suit to find in size 22. I called Metro Swim Shop- not only did they have it in stock-it arrived before the promised date. She is absolutely thrilled and can't wait to put it on this weekend.

Fantastic service. My order was called in on a Wednesday evening and I called Thursday morning because of ordering the wrong size, service person said she would try and change the order but said it may already have been sent. I received the correct size suit the following Monday. I have ordered about 5 times and have always been very satisfied with the purchase and the speed in which it arrives

I am not one to post a bad review, especially in the same field I work in, but I was sent a survey. The product I ordered showed 5+ in stock, I placed my order, order cancelled 3 days later with a message it could not be filled due to no inventory. Very disappointing. At least the payment was never pulled from my account.

I was amazed at how quickly I received my product even with free standard shipping. Some places take days just to get the order processed. Metro was fast!
