United States | 05 March 2015I have purchased four Speedo Endurance tankini tops and three swim skirt bottoms all of which have lived up to their chlorine resistance as described. I swim in an indoor 90 degree therapy pool. Traditional nylon swimwear is quickly destroyed by the high chlorine content. The performance of these Speedos is incomparable. Metro has consistently delivered so I never have to miss a beat. Exchanges are also easy and trouble-free. Metro has proven itself to me as quality and reliable vendor.

United States | 05 March 2015I paid for overnight shipping and it was sent 2-day. Had to go to UPS terminal to pick it up ( 50 mile round trip) so my son could have it in time. Company did refund overnight shipping when I asked.

The following day I received an e-mail from Metro Swim telling me both items were out of stock. They asked me how I wanted to proceed with my order. I told them to cancel it. How else does one proceed with an order that cannot be filled?

United States | 05 March 2015Poor customer service and rude agent. Only thing decent about your company is the price. I ordered product that showed plenty in stock and then a few days later get an email that its out of stock and they would not be able to provide replacement.

United States | 04 March 2015Purchased 2 race suits prior to our HS State Swim meet as a surprise gift. I purchased 2 because I didn't know which one he would prefer. I had a short time frame and both items were received in time. Unfortunately, He chose one and just before his event the suit ripped when putting it on. Afterwards, I called customer service and was well taken care of by the service rep. She sent a shipping label and I will be returning for credit.

United States | 04 March 2015Our kids are year round swimmers on a competitive swim team and we usually buy their suits on swimoutlet.com but they didn't have the size we needed in the 3 suits we wanted to buy. We found Metro Swim Shop when I googled the suits we wanted to purchase and decided to give them a try. We were not aware how much our daughter's suit size had changed so we had to return our order. Twice. While the ordering and shipping went smoothly, the returning was less smooth. I saw there was a charge of $3.50 to my account and that's how I knew the new shipment was coming. I didn't receive an email (which I'm used to receivin when ordering through swim outlet) so I called Metro for information. The male who answered the phone seemed mildly annoyed and not at all friendly (booo), but I learned that I should be receiving an email regarding the delivery date that evening and that if I would have preferred the expedited shipping I had the first time, I should have noted that on my invoice when I returned it with the suits. Bummer. I never received that email - another bummer - so after a few days, I called Metro again. The female who answered the phone had the same behavior as the previous person I spoke with - huge bummer. She said she didn't know why the email wasn't sent, sent it right then - twice - and seemed ready to end the call. The suits have since arrived and fit perfectly, but I won't consider Metro when shopping in the future simply because of the unfriendly telephone customer service and inconsistent communication.

United States | 04 March 2015I was very disappointed when we invested $240 for a championship suit for our son 21/2 weeks before his big meet to find the suit looked worn and the FINA label on the back missing. When you are spending a lot of money on a high performance suit there is no excuse for this mistake. Customer service could not guarantee getting the suit to me on time. She also stated there weren't anymore suits of that kind left. The only other choice was to go higher up in price and get a 10%discount. I went online after the call and found the same suit. I'm not sure how organized and effective their computers or service is but they surely lost my business. Swim outlet has it right. Efficient, quick and helpful service!

United States | 03 March 2015Any vendor can have inventory on hand, but the customer service I experienced went above and beyond. I needed to purchase a kneeskin for my daughter's first Time Trial. She never wore one before and I never bought one before! I knew nothing about sizing, and needed to order 4 different sizes. MetroSwim accommodated me with no problems... letting me know that returning what didn't fit was not a problem at all! They called me to confirm what I needed and helped me decide what sizes I should try. I felt that was above and beyond any online swim store I've used in the past. Thanks MetroSwim!

United States | 03 March 2015this order i only did 1 order and it came quick and accurate. there was an order i did last december for 2 googles , swimsuits and some swimming gear, 1 google is missing. I emailed metroswim shop and i was told they are sorry and will send the google(speedo) but i never received it until now. That is why i am hesistant to order 2 or more.... that i may not receive the other item. This is sad because you thought you are saving because of the discounted price but if you dont receive the item it's like paying double. lucina

This is first time ordering with the swim shop and not impressed at this time. I was told the order would be sent ( expedite shipping) out--so will be anxiously seeing when I receive it and will reveal how well they folllow up on my missed order. Then my rating may change.
