This is the second time we have ordered from Metro Swim. The product came on time and as ordered.

Speedo is a great racing suite. However, if your daughter is small framed person with narrow hips and without body fat this suite is not for their frame. I would recommend Arena or Blue seventy. The suite worked great but it gaps on the sides due to my daughters lack of hips and a slinder frame.

I have repeatedly requested for confirmation as to when my item has or will ship with no response. Customer service can only tell me that my order was received. It has now been a week and I still cannot get an update.

I needed a tech suit for my son and while others pushed me towards another site, I chose Metro due to the price. I was not disappointed. Best price, quick shipping. What more can you want?

I have purchased one of my order with special colours and placing the order, before dispatching I surprised that hte order has been change without notice. I have contacted the customer service 3 times but no response!!!!!!!!!!!!

The shipping/mailing time can be faster. Even though we received at the 10th day after the order was confirmed. Really, in US, from NJ to MA, as you claim on your website the order will sent out in the same day ( we ordered before noon time), shouldn't take that long. The other and more important issue is that there is no way to tracking our order on line.

I've had good experiences ordering from Metro Swim Shop. Fast service and good prices. In the rare cases where there has been a problem with an order, I have been able to have it addressed with no problems.

Metro Swim Shop alway has what you need, delivers the products early or on time . The only Swim shop I use.

Yesterday we recieved the package. My daugther was excited to have her new swimsuit ready for this weekend competition. We were shocked to realize the plastig bag was not ssealed and was empty.

I placed an order three time for three different items which were in stock. The items were each canceled several days later. Horrible service
