Firstly I was given an appointment for my storage heater as I had complained about the smoke coming out of this, the appointment was for the 15/12/22 and was for between 1-6pm. However they did not turn up and I had to chase this up and was informed someone would come in the nest few hours, finally someone turned up and just said these heaters all need replacing. I then got contacted saying I have an appointment for the new heaters to be fitted on the 19/12/22, I then took a day off work for this. Someone turned up saying they were here to check, but after checking their notes they realised they were meant to be fitting all new heaters. He then said he would be back with someone else and bring the heaters from the office and made sure I was home all day as he would be coming back. After waiting a few hours I contacted the council only to be told that another appointment had been made for the 29/12/22 without my knowledge. I have no idea what is going on, this is causing me inconvenience at this time, I am already struggling with work, and now I have to take more time off, this is not acceptable.

iv had all new windows and doors this all started the 2nd week in august 2022 since then iv had 2 new pains of glass in the middle of my kitchen window as they didnt fit the frame properly iv also had them out to the side push out window over 4 times now because when you open it it falls tom one side and is not level its now november 28th and me and my nieghbours have still got problems iv had a new barrel in the lock of my main door because the key keeps getting stuck and i carnt get the actual key out of the lock .The fitters are very rude and they didnt treat my flat with any respect they have marked all my walls and left a right mess they dont comunicate with each other it seams to me the whole of the company dont communicate they dont seam to know there arss from there elbow im with a housing association i wont name them as i might get into trouble but it seams they went with the cheapest quote but its us residence that are suffering cus its bad service really cheap materials they use and personaly im sick of calling them out ,,Also the windows get very wet in the middle yes the middle so they are not sealed correctly but what myself and other residence have noticed is lots of hand prints and finger prints in the middle of the glass so obviously they are from the fitters who made the glass panels up but with being in the middle we carnt clean it off i would urge everyone to keep well away from this company ,,,

Not good at all , they lie and they don't do the job and actually lies about them attending or checking any jobs, if I didn't had CCTV to show what they actually don't do and they write in their report they did , if you speak with them angry and rude contractors. I do not know how this company is still working

I have tried multiple times to contact this company regarding a company employees driving at 8,35am on the 2/11/22 driving at 40mph on a 20mph in Brixton dangerous overtaking goading other drivers slowing down and speeding up and they expect people to trust the engineer to safely carry out maintenance in the home shocking behaviour

Had this company sent by my housing to replace my roof, the list of problems has been so much and still in the process of trying to get put right. Make sure you take photos and keep your evidence as you will need it. I’ve learned from other reviews here they was previously known as engie now Equans and I know why they changed the name as engie was an appalling company also, now I know they’re the same just with a rebranding of name makes sense to the poor workmanship and no care please avoid if you can They damaged my hedge by placing the rubbish shoot from the scaffolding on top and the weight went through the hedge, they’ve smashed my garden lights leaving all broken glass over the grass but taking the light itself, they done the membranes to loose and have actually ripped it in places and gone through it with nails totally missing the rafters, have left roof tiles raised letting in light from outside, they didn’t even re-tile to the boundary of the house then tried telling me it was correct as they’ve gone to the fire wall until I pointed out every other house on the street which are tiled to the point of between the chimney ( the properties boundary line ), they didn’t place lead around the chimney either again saying this was correct but also tried to say that it wasn’t my property I challenged this as it had lead there before so I asked if it was not my property why had the workmen ripped the lead off to begin with especially with my neighbour being a home owner.. they snapped brand new soffits and threw them straight into the skip rather then renew the old soffits, they threw a whole pallet of roof tiles despite not filing my entire roof. They brought my sons bedroom ceiling down, they tried to steal the insulation rather then placing it down in the loft, They are rude and have little to No communication at all they contradict themselves and lie and I actually do not think they are even qualified tradesmen they can’t be with the amount of issues and poor workmanship caused by them. I have now 2 weeks on after the heavy downpours of rain discovered that my entire roof is leaking to, the fire wall and rafters are soaking wet

I was told it will take 15 days to fit my kitchen, including plastering and electrics. This process took over 4 weeks. I constantly had to ask the office what was happening day to day. Communication was poor the Rlo failed to keep in contact. My new radiator end cap was thrown away my floor was damaged and damage to my door frame. I've sent various emails including my own snagging list of which the majority has been completed, however they need to address a few issues. Acknowledgement of emails or courtesy calls would not go a miss rather than saying I forgot! The management of this project has been un professional.

On 0908/2022 this company started work renovating my kitchen, quoting approximately 10 days to completion. It is now 12/10/2022 and is still not finished. I've had workmen walk into my flat without invitation, they do not clean up after themselves. Why not include a vacuum or dust pan and brush in your toolkit. My kitchen is 2.00 x 3.00 metres. The disruption and stress caused is immeasurable.

These are the contractors that Hyde has appointed for repairs in our building. They have not once turned up to successfully repair anything, they make excuses, they tell you to call other people yourself, this morning told me to go away as they want to deal with other calls. They are a disgrace - rude, unprofessional, amatuer, an absolute joke of a company. Any housing associations looking for a contractor please do all the can to avoid these, you will get swamped with complaints from residents. They recently had a rebrand and you can see why, their reputation is appawling.

Meter in factory stopped sending reading. They came out and read it weekly then charged me £152for the month to read the meter. Refused to refund money. Said I could apply to change to read my own meter. going on 3 months about £500 until I refused entry to the reader. The Meter Supplier (not Engie) came today and fixed the smart meter transmitter that had stopped working. Took 20 minutes

Absolutely disgraceful company I made a claim for compensation on my floor due to water leaking damage and they didn’t come out as an emergency left it for 3 days this has now been going on since march I have had to get the ombudsman involved to get any correspondence from then they have come back to say I should get my own content insurance and they are not willing to pay for the damage that they have caused so when I say I’m taking this further I am you caused this not me and you should pay for the damage I am not letting this go disgraceful customer service the way they treat people and still 7 months on refusing to pay for the damage that they caused so having to go through the housing ombudsman to get something done disgraceful company

Minus 100 stars. One of the worse and unsafe businesses I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have the Housing Executive Maintenance contract in NI. Pretend they attend properties, even in an emergency, wreck your house even if they do attend and give you the run around. You better hope there is nothing serious going on at your building as they don’t even care about life threatening gas leaks. How they still have the contract I’ll never know.

Shocking…I work for the NHS and had to take time out of work to oversee my brothers gas / energy review. My brother has Down’s syndrome so he needed someone to be there. It was agreed that someone from engie would attend my brothers property between 12-2pm on the 26/7/22. No visit, no contact and no apology. Engie this is yet another bad review for you…I am amazed that you have secured a contract with Northwards housing (Manchester) Response please

This company is the worst. Why the hell they went on trust pilot Is beyond me did they really think the bunch morons would get good reviews. I dont think they have one gcse between them. Lazy bunch of dumb ars.s come to that think they all share . one brain cell between them.This explains why there dim lights are on but know one home .and look at you like your speaking another language. I now have the worst bathroom in Northamptonshire. All walls that were plastered. Are concave at top and convex at bottom. They must have been a hippy throw back from the sixties . definitely not from this time. They were lucky I did not throw them back there.

I have only given one star as I could not get on the site without entering one. My actual review score would be well into the minus figures. Last July I left Engie as all aspects of the service was rubbish. I had a credit balance of just under £500 on my account due to incorrect billing. It clearly shows on my statement & for the past year they have owed it to me & done everything possible not to refund it. Telephone contact with them is nearly impossible, I have had calls where after waiting over an hour on hold I am then cut off as soon as they answer. On the one occasion (in a year of calling regularly) when I have got to speak to someone, all the assurances they gave me about my refund have turned out to be waffle. I have e mailed their complaints dept time & time again & all I get is a patronising reply, several days later, saying they are 'looking into it' or 'You will be contacted with an update as soon as possible' or 'Your refund request has been raised to the relevant team for processing'. they drone on about how they are 'investigating' my complaint but they aren't. it's been 12 flippin months..! I strongly advise you to avoid dealing with these fools. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from any company & the time it is taking to get a straight answer, or the refund I have been due for a year, borders on theft of my money.

No stars. This company is absolutely awful. How on earth they actually are allowed to operate is beyond me. Nothing but headache and disappointment. You can never talk to the same person as they are all confidently off sick at the time promised. I was left without a COOKER and WASHING MACHINE for 5 weeks. How is that acceptable??? When it gets to week 3.. where I have postponed things, I get told ... please work with us... they're workers didn't turn up because it was to Hot, I was even told that from there workers.

Selling council property that not there’s and staff threatening disabled people. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. They were supposed to uninstall equipment that is a fire risk to a block of flats and never did so. Still a fire hazard to this day. Damaged many resident’s vehicles and tried working there was out of it. Cladding still not a fixed to the building properly till this day over a year since they left and still nothing

We have a business account with them to provide electricity, after took them 7 months to be able to set up a new contract for the space we moved in their are not able to recalculate previous invoices and reduce the outstanding balance with the amount they overcharged or even what they double charged. In last 4 months we had numerous call and e-mail with all their departments passing the problem from one to other but no results and now on top of everything they sent debt collectors to our site for an amount what we didn't agreed in full but we accept a payment plan for it to reduce it towards the amount what we dispute As well at the beginning of the contract they request a deposit what we paid and 6 months later they said deposit is not any longer required to send them our bank detail for refund but after two months we still not have deposit back till we don't pay full amount what we dispute, they holding our money illegal and they don't even want to reduce it from the same balance we talking about I will never use them again, we had to set up contract with them because of change of tenant otherwise we had to pay nearly £9000 for some energy we never used

Firstly, if I could, I’d leave negative stars, they don’t even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Engie (or as I prefer to call them, the lying tw**s) have been absolutely disgraceful from the word go. My partners flat (I’m leaving this review because his probably wouldn’t get past the review) was supposed to be getting a rewire and new kitchen fitted. Well, the rewire has happened, most of the sockets aren’t even, they’re pretty much all on a slant. Where they’ve removed trunking, they’ve just ripped it off the wall, and left every screw that was holding the trunking in place, sticking out of the wall. They also just ripped off old telephone sockets, and left big sharp pieces of the sockets (and more screws) sticking out of the walls. Considering my partner and I have two children between us, this was incredibly dangerous and honestly, all I can put it down to is sheer laziness. Oh, let’s not forget that the cheeky tw**s used my partners flat to store their tools in! According to Wayne (the supervisor) they would only have done that if they were still here or doing a job first thing in the morning. Well Wayne, we have time stamped photos that show their crap in my partners flat at 6pm on a Saturday night. Considering they barely turned up when they were supposed to, I really can’t see them working on a Saturday or Sunday. The lies that have been told to try and excuse bad workmanship and sheer laziness is unreal. It’s just one excuse after another with nothing done to rectify any of the problems. Now, the bathroom. My partner wasn’t down to have a new shower, but they ripped his out anyway. Left the bath and bathroom full of rubble, the wire for the shower is just hanging there, with no shower to hook up to as Engie and their useless ways strike again, apparently they don’t have a backboard to put a new shower on, so now my partner has been without a shower for three weeks. It was supposed to be done on Monday (more lies) it’s now Friday and Dawn (the absolutely useless “liaison officer” has refused to speak to my partner about it and redirected him to York City Council. I presume because my partner told her and Wayne to leave his flat as they were going to pass absolute sub standard work in the kitchen. So now my partner is left with no way to wash properly. Oh, I nearly forgot, there’s also a big hole in his bathroom wall where they’ve also taken the extractor fan out and put in….. NOTHING. So no shower, no extractor fan and no sign of it being finished. As for the kitchen. Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wee donkey they rode in on. Actually, I don’t know the kitchen fitters names, but they definitely rode in on a horse each. They couldn’t even manage to put the kitchen sink in straight, the flooring is made up out of bits of off cuts, the tiling is atrocious, missing grout, badly cut tiles, beading missing, and let’s not forget the amazing job of fitting the drawers so that the bottom couldn’t even close because of the gas pipe behind it…. I think they might have been blind as well. Oh and let’s not forget about the massive hole in the kitchen wall where the waste pipe for the washer was, I could put my arm in it and wave to people outside. Absolutely nothing has been done about that, but Wayne (remember, he’s the worse than useless supervisor who can only speak in lies) wanted to pass the kitchen off on inspection. Hence being thrown out of my partners flat. As a tradesperson, I’d be f***ing embarrassed to put my name to the standard of work. Even the cleaning up after themselves, don’t expect any of that! There was no cleaning up of their own mess. Me and my partner have spent HOURS trying to get rid of the crap they left behind. How Engie manage to hold on to council contracts is beyond me. I’ve never seen a bigger bunch of cowboys and bodge jobs! If you’re unlucky enough to come across this company, just pray, there’s nothing else to do because they’re not interested in complaints, they’re incapable of telling the truth, and both Dawn and Wayne can’t tell the difference between their asses and their elbows! Oh, and let’s not forget that when they gave my partner his key back… It wasn’t even his key! He was even questioned as to whether he’d tried it or not when he told them it was the wrong key, which he had of course tried, that’s how he knew it was the wrong key. Now onto the only good part, Dale who we can call Dale the Fixer (he deserves the title) who came and caulked the kitchen was the exact opposite, couldn’t do enough and actually did his job well, Dale, if you ever read this, find a different company to work for, you deserve better than baboons for bosses!
