I've bought 4 cars from them. Fred is always my sales guy, they take care of me. I always get financed, they often find the lowest rates (lower than my CU). I've purchased a Porsche Panamera, Audi Q7, Jaguar XJL, Mercedes CL550 I may be missing one. All the cars were in excellent condition and solid with the exception of the POS Audi Q7. After I drove off the lot it was leaking transmission fluid. They repaired it, tried to give me a Camry for a loaner, after raised hell they finally gave me a Q7 loaner and never had an issue the transmission again. I wasn't happy about that being as though I purchase a vehicle and is immediately unavailable for 1 week+ I did have a ton of other issues with it, but I'll chalk that up to typical garbage Audi.

I've put off doing this review until I've owned the vehicle for a little while. Now that it's been a couple of months, I decided to put my thoughts down about my buying experience with Carbiz. This is the first time I've ever bought a vehicle this way and while a bit scary, it turned out pretty awesome. First - Website: After I've figured out exactly what I want, I typically will spend weeks looking for the exact vehicle that I want (price, features, miles, color, vehicle history, etc...). I exclusively look online and my wife says I get obsessed with the search. The Carbiz website is pretty awesome. Easy to navigate with all of the information readily available. You don't need to hunt and peck for anything. The pictures are high quality and any flaws are noted and close up pictures taken. It couldn't be much better for an online shopper. Second - Price: The car I selected from Carbiz (2016 Lexus GX460) was several thousand than the "best deal" I could find online. And it had a few more features and a better vehicle usage / history report. I feel like I got a decent deal on the vehicle without having to negotiate. I could have gotten a similar deal elsewhere with some seat time at a dealership. Third - Purchasing: The buying process with Carbiz was again like nothing I've ever done before. Once I clicked the "buy" button, I was directed to the financing since I needed a small loan. The finance section online took all of 5 minutes to fill out and get the ball rolling. Fourth - Communication: After I committed to buying the vehicle and filled out the financing online, I received a follow up call from Carbiz. I think they really just wanted to make sure I was a real person and not a foreign hacker or something. That call was all of 3 minutes. My sales person was in constant contact via email but was readily available if I needed to call. Fifh - Delivery: Ok, so this is where I was the most nervous. I've never purchased a vehicle without going to look at it first. But Carbiz has FREE delivery and a 5 day return policy. After the financing was approved (which was really fast), I received a call asking when I'd like the vehicle delivered. I thought I'd see how well this process works and asked for next day delivery. "No problem" The vehicle was delivered within an hour of the scheduled time and looked every bit as good as it did in the online pictures. Sixth - Vehicle Condition: The vehicle arrived exactly as it was in the photos online and looked great. It could have been washed a little bit better but it sounded as if the car lot guys were extremely busy and the "delivery specialist" had to wash as well as coordinate getting all the paperwork, manuals, keys, etc...together for delivery. All-in-all, I was pleased with the condition of how the vehicle was delivered. Seventh - Accepting Delivery: Once I inspected the vehicle, all that was left was to sign the financing paperwork. This took all of 5-10 minutes. Final Thoughts: Once I got over my initial apprehension about buying a car completely online, the process was incredibly easy and pleasant. The entire process, once I decided to buy the vehicle, took maybe 30-40 minutes of my time and there was minimal paperwork (there would be even less if I wasn't financing). If someone were to ask, I would recommend Carbiz based on my experience and if I was looking to purchase another vehicle, I would definitely look to Carbiz first.

Carbiz is awesome. I met with 2 people on-line and 3 people on-site and everyone was great. I am very happy with my new car which is my 3rd Carbiz vehicle and I will be back for more.

The salesman Javier was great, however I had to take my car back because my AFS..light was on in my 2008 es350. Upon me getting it back as I was driving it home the AFS..light came right back on so I was a little disappointed with that so I have to return it to the service department for the second time. I really like the way I was treated with the over all experience of my purchase.

The process started out very rough and very stressful, but the transaction was smoothed by Matt and he did his best to get it done right. In the end, very nice car and nice deal. He even made arrangements to take care of some issues and deliver the car two days later.
