I was told I would get two sets of keys and found that there was only one fob. I found that there was no lever to allow the passenger seat. I was told that one would be sent. that was a month or two ago. When I went to the store I had to wait for someone to sell me a car even know I was there in the afternoon of a weekday. They did not follow up. Still nothing on the lever. I am not impressed!!

The car we wanted to look at was in Baltimore, but we live in Silver Spring. Katie was the first person we dealt with and was nice enough to send the car down to the Laurel store which is much closer to us. Talking with Alex and ultimately dealing with Javier made our experience very easy. When we are ready for our next purchase we'll go to Carbiz first.

Second purchase from carbiz. I worked with Sam Sarris both times and would absolutely work with him and carbiz in my next purchase. One thing I really appreciated was Sam running different numbers for loan rates and warranty types to give me all the options. Also there is no pressure to buy. They clearly respect your time, both cars I bought I spent only about half an hour in the office. Test drive, then Sam prepared all the paperwork I came back the next day made the final decisions on terms and drove the car home.

No pressure; highly relaxed atmosphere and a waiting/meeting room like no car dealership I have ever been in. Couches, complimentary beverages, and even a couple 70/80's video game tables. Most importantly, no pressure sales; we took our time and looked for the cars which most fit our needs, and we looked as much time as we needed, and George patiently worked right along with us. We bought two cars and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Carbiz--even if you don't buy a car from them, you won't be disappointed.
