Great buying experience. Fred got me into a quality vehicle at a competitive price. There were a few things mechanically that needed taking care of. The service department worked promptly to take care of my vehicle. I would recommend buying a vehicle from CarBiz!!

I decided to buy a car one night. I looked at the website and found 3 cars. I went to the dealership and tried them and then i picked one. It has been awesome. if you are decisive, you can't go wrong here.

Carbiz picked me up from the train station (I live in DC), and stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. When I did find some minor issues with the car when I got it inspected, Carbiz took care of them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had been looking for a very specific car and the nearest I could find was located at a Carbiz dealership in Baltimore, MD (I am in MI). I worked with my sales rep (Dani) for several days confirming with her in writing the car was in immaculate condition with no visible flaws. I was even provided what I now know are very strategically taken photos of the car. Although I was hesitant at first to make such a large purchase without going in person my sales rep reassured me throughout the process that the car was beautiful and I should have no concerns. I had processed the loan and made arrangements for an independent company to transport the vehicle to my home in MI (not a pleasant process). After several weeks of waiting my transport driver showed up to retrieve the car. Once he arrived he noticed so many defects he started texting me pictures before he would even load it on the truck to ensure I was aware of the damage. There were so many issues with the exterior and interior of the car I was in shock. I had already sold my current vehicle, made a down payment, paid the transport driver and issued a large auto loan for this vehicle. Not to mention I had already registered the car with the State and had changed my auto insurance. All of those things I then had to undo, the hardest of which was cancelling my fully funded loan. After several more weeks of waiting for the loan to close as cancelled on my credit, along with a hit to my credit score due to the many inquiries Carbiz issued looking for lenders I had to start over at another local dealership with a lower credit score which meant a higher interest rate. Overall this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Carbiz treated me as if I had done something wrong. The sales manager (Jason) was incredibly disrespectful and did nothing to make it right and in fact made it more difficult for me to cancel the deal. The only person on my side was my transport driver which is why I let him keep the deposit. To him I am forever grateful because if I had taken possession of the vehicle the many many defects would become mine to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing from Carbiz-Baltimore (I cannot speak for other Carbiz dealers) that they do it in person only and even then, have an independent certified mechanic inspect your vehicle before you sign a thing.

Brain and Evan plus Ali is outstanding people to work with they will try there best to assist you in purchase a car. May family brought at least 4 cars from Carbiz. I bought a car from them around 2 years ago. I went in told them what i was looking for what my budget was and they were very helpful by providing all the option that fitted my criteria. I remember that day I was so tired of all the test drives I did and I ended up with the best of all. I was attended by Dani and she was awesome.

Car biz is excellent. This customer service was great. I didn't feel like I was being forced to do anything. They were patient and courteous and I plan on getting my next car from there. Love the current Passat they sold me.
