I have bought and had all my cars serviced for Carbiz the past 9 years. Everyone at Carbiz does a wonderful job and makes you feel like you are family. I will continue buying and servicing my cars from Carbiz in the future.

They are so Awsome! Their customer service was so awsome... I came Back! I purchased my 1st vehicle from them in 2009. I am from Virginia. I caught the Greyhound bus from Va. to Md. and they picked me up from the station. I was so pleased with them and their prices, I came back this year, 2018. A family oriented business.... You will not be disappointed!

Katie is excellent. I just got a high Apr but I will just pay my car loan as soon as I can so that I will not pay a higher interest. The thing also I don't want is I cannot add my husband on the registration for my car. Otherwise, the Chevy I got from Carbiz is a good deal.

Very genuine people. I've had the pleasure of dealing with this branch on several occasions, for me and other friends as well and each time has been a great experience. I recently lost my car in an accident and was impressed with the handling of Jason Jacovsky in preparing all the approval work by email correspondence for my convenience. I stopped by one evening to say hello and ended up just leaving with the car I'd been looking at the whole time. They go above and beyond, constantly exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended.

Excellent My salesman offered to pay for lunch not once not twice but three time

My initial contact, Sunny, was amazing. When I emailed expressing interest in a particular car, she called me immediately to let me know it was available for a test drive. I couldn't make it in until the evening, but I emailed her several times during the day with questions about the car, and she answered me almost immediately. When I finally arrived for a test drive, I was greeted and assisted by another amazing team member, Mike. I was so impressed that the car was ready and waiting for me--I still can't get over the pristine condition of the car! I was sold! The paperwork went quickly, and Mike bent over backwards to be accommodating while we were working out the logistics of my actually getting the car home because there wasn't a trade-in! Mike called me several days later to follow up at which time I mentioned that I would need a special bracket for the front plate of the car (there wasn't ever a front plate). He volunteered to order it for me, and it is there waiting to be installed when the plates arrive. I haven't purchased a car in a long time, so this was my first experience with the "no-haggle" process--I loved it! Even though I arrived already knowing what car I wanted, I feel confident that had I arrived undecided, I still would have left Carbiz with a new vehicle!

I knew what I wanted to buy and the staff “Sam “ was excellent. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable of all cars that I inquired about. He also assisted with financing options better than my own credit union. I would and I definitely will recommend Carbiz to my friends and family.

The best I ever met

I had JASON JACOVSKY! He was awesome and I’m mean literally, spent the whole day with my mother and I... I went in and he helped me get the best prices even with the car insurance and being 22 years of age and a female.. he broke everything down and answered every question. He’s the best!

I had an amazing experience at Carbiz-Laurel. The showroom is beautiful and the cars are well taken care of. The salesman work hard to get your deal accomplished and their customer service is A-1. Saqib is a gem.

We've been going to Carmax for years and decided to try Carbiz which is supposed to have a similar business model. Here are the pros and cons we experienced. Pros: Beautiful showroom Good price on the car Friendly staff Lower interest rate option than my bank Cons: Felt like a "regular" dealership with pressure on the up sell for gap insurance and other extras No techs on the weekend to remove tracking tag which is still on our car. I have to make an appt to come in now during a week day to remove the tracker. Somewhat disorganized. Multiple calls from different people regarding the same thing. Did not provide a full tank of gas on a car purchase. Sales person said they don't do that for used cars. I've never driven a car off the lot anywhere else without a full tank. Tags were mailed to the dealership so we had to go in yet again to pick up tags. I had to bring a check for additional money because they didn't accurately calculate my title fees. Ultimately, Carmax is a better, more streamlined experience. We're in and out in a couple hours done and done. No additional calls, no having to return for one reason or another. Experience wasn't horrible, average at best.
