I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry from them 3 weeks ago but then the radio was faulty. They changed it for me a week later at their service center and I was given a car to use for the one day they used to fix it. All through the processes they were courteous and nice. I would recommend dealing with them for good service and good cars too.

I love my car, I did my research for about four months. When I saw the car at CarBiz I knew this was a great deal. New tires and wheels, nothing worth worring about. I know because I had a car trader with me when I went shopping and I took it to my personal mechinics at KC Automotive in Reisterstown and my Prius was given a five thumbs up basicly -- all she needs is a new rear windshild wiper and repair of a loose charger/power port. Of course CarBiz will fix those free in the first 30 days. So, yep! I found the best deal out there at CarBiz. I love the people and their no pressure attitude, They didn't point me to cars I could afford or want. The is the price -- no hanging! Priced at a great value right from the start. Happy Camper!

Katie Macris was an excellent sales representative. She made the entire process from the first internet contact to delivery a very pleasant experience. I would recommend her highly. I was able to drive 100 miles, drop off my rental car, get auto insurance coverage for Delaware where I live and walk out the door with my new car. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had in 50+ years!

Carbiz was awesome! Randomly found them online, as I was looking for a particular car. All of the amazing reviews won me over, before I arrived to the dealership for my test drive. Javier and Dani were so very helpful, as this was my first car buying experience. They even delivered my car to my house the very next day after purchasing! How awesome is that?! I like them...easy process, my car got delivered to me where I turned in my rental so that was cool. I love my car however I already need new brakes and it's only been a couple of weeks. I know it's a used car and half the brake life is their limit but these brakes have been squeaking since I test drove it and I was assured it was because I hadn't been driven and due to rain. But now it's getting worse.
