Updating my review. Carbiz was clean and friendly. The atmosphere and sales style were laid back and comfortable. Sam was an excellent salesperson. He was helpful, patient, and informative. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find what was best for me, as well as showed me prices in a 50 mile radius - which proved I was getting a good deal. He was great from start to finish and after. When the owner discovered there had been a minor issue that impacted my experience he immediately and satisfactorily resolved the issue for me. I can trust and stand behind a company that operates this way.

Carbiz reduces the anxiety of purchasing a vehicle. The pictures on the website of the cars are accurate. If there is a blemish, they will show it. The 360 degrees angle shows all sides of the car. The sales department is swift in their process of getting you from searching a car to driving off the lot. I had Dani, who was wonderful. She even drove my car to my home. They also have a service department with a wonderful person name, Colin who will ease any issues you may have with your vehicle.

If you're much like myself, change can be intimidating to say the least. When I ventured out looking for a new truck, the last thing I expected was to find, negotiate and finalize a long distance vehicle purchase. When searching online for the perfect truck I decided to expand my search because I wasn't finding what I wanted locally. This brought up a truck that grabbed my attention and it was located at Carbiz in Baltimore. After contacting the dealership I was put in contact with Matt Pollick who was more than awesome to work with. Being that it was at least a 3 hour drive to Baltimore from my house in New Jersey, Matt took care of everything I asked from taking extra pictures, emailing and texting back and forth and even researching loan options. I felt confident that after about a week of communication and setting up a day to make the drive down, that I would arrive to a great looking truck. Matt and Carbiz definitely did not disappoint. The truck was even more beautiful in person. After giving the truck a complete overlook we were of on a test drive. The truck ran even better then she looked. I knew this was the truck I was searching for. Since everyone in my house was off from school and no trade in, my wife and kids took the ride down with me. Everyone with kids knows that taking them to a car dealer can be a nightmare, however, showing up to Carbiz was a blast for even them because they have a very cool showroom with video games, ping pong, a foosball table, and tv's. It couldn't have been a better experience from start to finish. I urge you to expand your search and give Carbiz a look.
