I never stepped foot onto the dealership. Sam and Matt were terrific to deal with. They arranged the local drop off my car and pickup of my trade-in and all the paperwork required. This is the first time that I have ever purchased a vehicle without actually seeing it or test-driving it so I was a bit nervous. The folks at Carbiz put my mind at ease. They have a 5-day return policy in case I didn't like the vehicle for any reason...so that helped. I found Carbiz to be a very fair and honest dealership and would definitely recommend them, especially if you are considering a remote purchase.

I had an excellent experience with Sam. Since they don't work on commission, he spent plenty of time with me and gave no pressure to make a decision. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They keep a quality stock of used vehicles, maintain a clean and comfortable "showroom", and made the purchase process quick and painless. My brakes had some shake to them when I bought the car and they agreed to fix the issue if it didn't go away within two weeks. When it didn't, they made good on their promise and replaced the brakes at no cost to me. I was very pleased with Carbiz and would buy from them again.

The sales people let you browse and look. There was no rush to buy. The price was fixed so no haggling. They had a great selection of clean cars available. Only thing wouldn’t let you pay for car with credit card.
