Since you keep emailing me, here is my review. This place stinks, I wouldn’t buy a sparklplug from them! I told them what I expected up front, and they wasted three hours of my life screwing around and kept coming back with the wrong numbers, and more excuses. THEN they couldn’t even do the paperwork correctly, and had to send three more things for me to sign. THEEEN I had to call PENDOT to get them to get the registration paperwork so I didn’t go past the temporary registration deadline. Stay away from this place.

customer service was good but of course before you buy the product, everyone is nice to you. the car was unreliable when you call customer service they really don’t want to do anything for nothing so make sure you buy the extended warrant because car biz will not stand behind what they sell.......guess that’s the difference between a certified used car dealership. never again

My experience was great. The Inside of the building is super clean. Everyone was so helpful the minute I entered the building. I didn't expect to get what I wanted because of my less than perfect credit history, but to my surprise my options were endless. I went from saying, "probably won't get approved for this car" to "which one do I wanna buy!!!" The in house financing was great. I told them what I wanted to spend and they put me right in that range. Overall, great experience. I'm definitely going to look there first if I decide to buy another vehicle.

I found Carbiz online looking for the best deal on a used car. This can be a scary experience when you are spending thousands of dollars for an item that has minimal or no warranty. Because I had to travel hundreds of miles to get there, I was alleviated to find the car as advertised. The managers were not over bearing and very helpful in allaying any concerns I had about the purchase. They obviously want to sell cars and I was impressed with their willingness to check oiut anything I asked them about. It has been about a year since my purchase and I still believe I made a good one.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland last summer (2017) from Carbiz Baltimore. This was the 4th car I've purchased from here, which in of itself should say something fairly positive. After driving it for just over a month the A.C. started to falter. I contacted my dealer, Javier and he booked me an appointment immediately. Even with the car being out of its 30 day warranty, Javier and Evan made sure I was still covered. There was no charge and the Jeep has been problem free ever since. One of the (many) great qualities Carbiz possess is customer service. This is paramount for me, as I've been in the hospitality industry as a chef all my adult life. When looking at the Cherokee initially I committed on a couple small scuffs on the rims. It's a used car, and this should be expected as par for the course. However Javier offered to have them buffed out. After purchasing the Jeep we made an appointment to have the rims "repaired". Instead of making me wait, they supplied me with a loaner vehicle. Such great service. When I returned the same day, all four rims looked as though they were replaced with brand new ones! It's the care like this that leaves you feeling like you're buying more than just a used car. My wife's car has been paid off for a while now, and we're starting to discuss what to buy next. In my time I've driven 2 brand new cars off the lot. Other than the new car smell, I really don't feel the need to purchase new again. So we'll absolutely be paying Carbiz another visit come soon. To Javier and Evan, thank you. Anybody can sell me a car, but you gentleman sell me a service that is unmatched by most.

I found a car here. i appreciated that the salesman were not pushy, seemed honestly interested in Customer Satisfaction, and they let ME take MY time to decide. I didn't purchase the same day because I visited other dealers. After a few visits with pushy, less than honest salesman at other dealers, I returned to CARBIZ. They showed me the maintenance record and was still not pushy. With a reasonable down payment, I was able to purchase the car and I was pleased with the service.

Door to door great service! Website easy to use. Follow up communications through email and via phone were seemless. They even drove the car to me. Left for work in the old car, drove home in the new car. 4 day return window gave me confidence to test the new car over the weekend, so no time spent test driving beforehand. Great service if you're busy and know what you're looking for in a new car!
