Great high end car selections and good customer service. I would not recommend purchasing the extended warranty through GW; because most independent dealerships do not accept it.

The 2016 Mercedes S550 sedan in the exact color I wanted, with only 19,000 miles and 2 years left on factory warranty is a deal dreams are made of. Getting that car at almost half price is what separates this dealership from any other. I had looked at the Mercedes store in town to see what I wanted and Evan found this gem for me. The service department is huge and state of the art also. This is the 6th car my family has gotten from Carbiz!!

the buying process was easy but everything there after was not i still have yet to retrieve my owners/users manuel for my vehicle that my sales associate was suppose to order. i purchased my vehicle in april here it is almost the end of August and I still have yet to get it in the mail!!!!

Great experience with my car purchase. The facility looks very modern and high end. I was looking only at car max for a used car but accidentally came across Carbiz. Surprised to see how friendly the staff were. We were in and out within few hours with a car. Paperwork wasn’t too daunting. Hassle free purchase. They were accommodating to various requests and questions. Highly recommended.

My experience was hassle free and this was my second time purchasing a vehicle with them.

A good deal, and very nice. However, communication within the sales staff and getting back to me timely was not always good. Had to wait quite a bit due to delays with getting the vehicle ready for me. Lack of power mirrors on a late model vehicle with rear camera and other modern upgrades seemed to be very odd. When I told CEO about it, he just said "I am happy you like your vehicle". Was not really the response I was hoping for.
