Brilliant service, from store to delivery. Wonderful choice and very professional staff there to assist and not pushing for a sale. I must commend the delivery crew Peter and Lee, they confirmed the prearranged time in advance and delivered our order skillfully maneuvering the high back settee though a difficult entrance with care and consideration and removed all packaging.

Delivery 24th Jan ..storm Eowyn My Barker & Stonehouse delivery was planned for today, whilst the storm was at its worst. Other deliveries had been cancelled but not this one and not only was my sofa delivered as scheduled the Guys (Jake/Tony and Paul) didn’t once complain about the weather or the access …not the greatest and doors a little narrow but they persevered with my delivery, placed the sofa exactly where I wanted it (after a little shuffling so it was exactly where I wanted it) and they were a delight to have in my home, respectful offered to remove shoes /cover footwear brought furniture pads to protect my floor and when I thought we might need to give up they found a solution to get the sofa into place…I’m a very happy customer and my sofa looks amazing and exceeded my expectations.

Just had a large leather sofa delivered from Barker and Stonehouse. No problem for Simon and Wojciech. Great personalitys 🤣. All packaging taken away, great service from store (thanks Russ Middleton) to home.

Received a large sofa from Barker & Stonehouse today. Love it, love it, love it!!! I was extremely nervous about it fitting through the door but Steve and Terry were super stars! Can’t thank you enough

I purchased a sideboard, which was of amazing quality. I fell in love with the marble, but was very upset that it just did not go well with my interior. I had no issues with the delivery; the delivery guys were great. They assembled everything and removed all packaging. On my collection day, Paul C and Mo came to collect the sideboard. Forstly, these guys are very strong; the collection literally took less than 5 minutes. Very efficient and respectful. I was very happy how smoothly it all went. I am very happy with the service Paul C and Mo provided.

Teah was very helpful this afternoon in setting up a technician visit to come and inspect our sofas that are in need of repair. She provided clarity of the process and had a very pleasant manner.

Marty and Ish delivered today in the most terrific gale. They initially parked sideways to the wind and had to move the van as we thought it was going to end up on its side! Furniture delivered politely and with good humour despite the conditions. All good.

Marty & Ish delivered a huge box with outdoor furniture inside. The winds were awful but both lads helped me get the furniture in to the house instead of just leaving the box outside.
