Had furniture delivered today by Marty & Ish and although it was 7.20 am they were polite professional and nothing was a bother to them. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Peter & Lee delivered our settee and chair this morning within the allocated time slot. They were friendly and polite and really respectful of our property, taking extra care when maneuvering the furniture into place.

Original sales assistance by Leigh at MetroCentre was very helpful and arranged for the sofa bed to be delivered and assembled. Jason H and Ollie turned up on time, very helpful and courteous, inspected where it was going, removed shoes etc on entering the house, assembled it and took away the wrapping, demonstrated the operation of the sofa bed to our satisfaction - all in all a very good experience.

Product was in the sale which is always good . Ordering process was simple. Delivery updates were great , I received a call from the delivery guys 20 mins prior to arrival. The two guys who made my delivery were very friendly and respectful of my property.

Good quality chest of drawers. Delivery cost initially seems quite expensive, but worth it as it was delivered upstairs without us having to do it ourselves. Zak & Stu did a great job of getting it up our steep and narrow stairs, I really wouldn’t have wanted to do it myself.

Received my corner sofa, two seater sofa and footstool today. Steve and Terry called 30mins before delivery as requested and quickly assembled the furniture and placed it in situ. Unfortunately there was a scratch on woodwork and flaw in fabric. Photos were taken by delivery men and I called and emailed photos and have already received a response saying the manufacturer has been contacted. Awaiting the outcome but can't blame the retailer for manufacturing faults.

Furniture available earlier than planned, but most welcome and a delivery date quickly confirmed. Only told the which day it was coming, a delivery window (am/pm) would have been most helpful. Matthew and Jon delivered the couch and were very helpful installing and making sure everything was ok.
