Ohygglig konsumentkontakt. Jag stavade min epostadress fel när jag registrerade, men efter att jag beställt. När jag ville ändra detta fick jag veta att det inte gick (!) och blev rekommenderad att stänga ner kontot och öppna ett nytt. Detta medförde att jag inte fick avisering som man ska och att jag tre månader efter beställning bara fått en av tre beställda plagg. Kommer aldrig att beställa från den här firman igen.

I was a regular customer with Rosegal, but will be, no more. , I am disgusted with this company over a purchase made last year and still haven't got, all I've had is one excuse after the other. I bought a christmas jumper in November 2019, today 29th January 2020 I am still waiting to receive my parcel. Fed up communicating with them as their story changes each time, the latest is they cant refund my money until they get feedback from their supplier, this I was told in early January 2020. When I pointed out they should continue their investigation at their own cost and refund my money as I a) still have no jumper! b) am out the money and postage for this invisible jumper! and c) what on earth would I do with a Christmas jumper in January 2020!! Will never shop with them again.

I purchased an outfit in December and I’ve been fighting with them to get a status they said I’d get it by Jan 27 and that passed so I emailed again then they say June 2 what delivery takes 6 months? I finally had to dispute it with my bank and got my money back don’t buy from this place

THEY PROMISED A SUPERVISOR WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HRS 4 DAYS LATER THEY CONTACT ME ASKING WHAT THE ISSUE IS FORCING ME TO REPEAT MY SELF FOR THE TENTH TIME IN 4 DAYS THEY KEEP SAYING WAIT THREE DAYS AND URE PRODCT WILL BE SENT BUT ITS NOW A WEEK NO PRODUCT NO TRACKING NUMBER !!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IVE SPENT 500 DOLLARS IN THE PAST MONTH WITH THESE GUYS IT SEEMS THE MORE MONEY YOU SPEND THE LESS THEY CARE ABOUT YOU IM DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING COMPASSION OR CARE THEY HAVE FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER >>>> DO NOT BUY FROM ROSE GAL IM BEING BURNED I DONT WANT YOU TO BE EITHER!!!

I bought a dress for $45 in November and it was too small, It was their largest and I wear a 12. I paid another $20 to return it and have sent 18 emails and have never gotten my money back or a credit or anything, Big Scammy Company DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!! As an update, I sent them everything they asked for on their response below the same day but NOTHING! No response AT ALL!!

La verdad mi experiencia en rosegal fue de lo mejor,pase mucho tiempo viendo los artículos que ofrecen, todos muy lindos lo que hace difícil elegir, pero solicite varios productos que me interesaban mucho,los cuales llegaron antes del tiempo programado, una de las cosas que mas me gustan es que tienen una sección de tallas especiales en los cuales los articulos son preciosos lo que me alegra mucho,asique solo puedo estar mas que complacida con la pagina.

I had no issues with my order, the shipping was fast and affordable and the dress I ordered was well made and fit me. Disappointed...When I received my tops on 1-13-2020... they smelled extremely moldy set me into an asthma attack...hand washed them. They are filthy...and falling apart. I have order before not been a problem till now.

THESE CLOTHES ARE ABSOLUTELY THE FREAKING WORST, matched only by how terrible #ROSEGAL clothing customer service.They're material is like a shower curtain, horrible cheapest Polyester, ripped seams on arrival, ill fitting, nothing sewn to the correct size you ordered (despite their website info sizing info), and THEY WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND WHEN YOU STATE THAT THEIR ADS / website are MISLEADING & the quality of the clothing is worse than the clothes from the dollar store. Not worth the money, cost of shipping, or hassle dealing with these shysters & hucksters. You'll never get your money back and you'll never wear these poor quality shower curtains sewn into ill fitting, too small or too big clothing. Share this with a friend and keep them from experiencing this horrible bullcrap. They will also give every excuse and bs story possible in order to avoid refunding your money and giving you a way to send this crap back. Tabetha Evans

I've got to say, the response from Rosegal, about my problem, is amazing, I really did not expect this, so my review has changed from not happy to very happy. Thank you Rosegal.

Sizing was wrong. Despite checking sizes and measurements, the item was very much too small. It cost a load of money to return it to their depot (in Spain) then they claim not received. Out of pocket for the original cost and postage. Do yourself a favour and buy from a UK based company.
