Me encanta esta página para pedirme ropa y otros artículos. Han mejorado mucho desde que empecé a pedir y eso se agradece porque se ven avances y ayudas para el consumidor. La relación calidad- precio en ciertos artículos no estoy de acuerdo , pero en la mayoría GENIAL !

Wow, it's one thing to have poor quality products, or be incredibly slow in shipping items, or to have poor customer service policies like making customers pay for shipping back poor quality items, but this company manages to be bad all the way around. The one thing they have going for them is a fun website with really great photos that absolutely mislead customers into believing they will provide you with something cute and fun to wear. They don't. Don't waste your time. Don't shop with this company.

I love the clothes I received. They are very comfortable. I will buy from you again. I did have an issue with one of the shirts I got not being sent to me and the customer service staff was great. They were able to get a new one out to me in just a few days.

soit les articles n'arrivent pas soit ils arrivent beaucoup trop grand et pour le remboursement attention ils prennent des frais d'assurance. Surtout ne pas acheter chez eux. Finalement Ils ont fait un geste commercial et je les en remercie. Je change donc ma notation au vu de leur réactivité.

While the items that are offered look very nice, do remember that they are coming from overseas. I had many issues with my order and customer service, however i did finally get in touch with an agent that actually seemed to care and provided me with a full refund. Make sure that you read their policies before purchasing, especially about returning items for a refund.

I first reviewed Rosegal as not being reliable since their delivery was so slow, they have given a full refund and if the items arrived they were mine as a "gift". I received the partial order as to where the rest of it is, no on knows. My local post office never received it but the tracking states it was delivered to a town not even close... makes ya wonder. I will give the company another try to see if they can actually deliver.

Ordered a sweater dress. Didn't show until purchase and processing was complete that price was in US. Was just informed via email that I'm getting hit with an extra $19 in taxes/ duties at customs. Total cost so far is $55 instead of $30 that was initially advertised. Never again!!!!

I was very disappointed, I bought a Christmas runner in advance of 1.5 month and still haven’t received that (today is 4.01). Received an email from them today, saying the item is no longer available .... And they were happy to return money for the runner and also for other items which I bought and received for matching the runner. Although the christmas wasn’t styled as I wanted (that’s why I can’t put 5 stars) to because of the absence of the runner, I’m quite happy with their service of solving that problem, which made me feel less dissapointed. I demand an immediate refund of 41 EuR. Nobody call to me during 31.12.2019 - no one inform me about my delivery. I was cheated and robbed by Rosegal. Andrew wants fro Rosegal - give my money back !!!! Help me please.

Rosegal has become my ONLY go-to online clothing store. I'm careful and pay close attention to the details in each photo so I'm not surprised with any order (it's a good habit with any online retailer). They have great information & details on each item for measurements etc, and they're all very clear and user friendly to avoid mistakes. I love that about them!! Every top I buy becomes my new favourite. I just can't get over how many styles & choices Rosegal provides for women of EVERY size and shape. It's awesome. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase each time I wait for my current treat to be speedily delivered! In my own personal experience with Rosegal, I've never had any issues or problems with late shipping/wrong orders or lost packages. I can't say enough great things to their credit.

Best service ever

I order two garments for $26 apiece. The blouse is okay, I guess, if you like faded green olive color. The quality is about that of a KMart clearance item for $6. The XL "jeans" leggings might possibly have fit a middle schooler. I got all the information to be sure they wouldn't screw me over. I spent about $10 to ship it back. After the first month, they told me they hadn't received it. The second month, they said they would give me $16 in cash or store credit. I opted for the store credit and now they are saying the address I sent it to was wrong, which was BS. The positive product reviews are probably relatives of the owners. I suppose the only way I can get any satisfaction for the $40 I spent without any product is the veritable storm I plan on putting social media about this rip-off of a company.
