Not pleased with the customer service, they follow a pattern and routine of being "understanding" but they are not, they make you feel "empowered" by offering you choices which already as a customer you have already. Main point is they take your money, it takes like 2 weeks for an item to arrive, then the item doesn't arrive and they take another 3 weeks to refund you (this is unacceptable this long for a refund, an international bank transfer anywhere in the world takes up to 3 working days from different currencies), so technically, Rosegal keeps your money conveniently for 5 weeks (2 weeks delivery + 3 weeks refund) still playing by their tune, cannot have an email of confirmation about the refund process, the best they tell you is the "save this conversation" option, that is disgusting, how do you expect me to trust this service after long times on responding tickets and an impersonal livechat conversation? Cannot wait to have my money back and get this done and dusted, never buying from you again, I would rather pay the extra and buy within the UK or Europe.

Rosegal happens to provide quality, and they deliver quickly considering the fact that they ship from China. They are also very reasonably priced. I love them and order all the time!

The dress just hangs there, if honest i looked like a amish nun its not flattering in any way. I would love to return this and get my money back, I ended up having to vuy a completely different dress all together. I am not happy at all with this purchase. I was so excited when I ordered this dress and I when inrecieved it I was super disappointed. I am never going to wear this dress

United Kingdom | 20 December 2019I paid £13.31 for expedited service. Delivery date between 17 and 22 December. I received email today to say delivery date 30 December. Dress ordered specifically for Christmas Day and chosen by my children. Very disappointed. The dress arrived in the end on 24 December . I have now received a tax bill for more than order. I had no idea taxes would be incurred. Nor noticed during purchase that this would be the case. I asked Rosegal and the response was: Unfortunately, we have no control over local regulations and potential import duties, and cannot predict how much they may be. The dress was far too big. I am 16 UK and ordered Large. Throughout this the Customer Services have been quick to respond and helpful.

Ik dacht dat als ik goed op voorhand bestel, het toch op tijd zou zijn voor kerst, maar nu ben ik zelfs niet zeker of het nog geleverd wordt. Update: Intussen een mail gekregen in verband met een refund.

Spain | 19 December 2019I get a fake hair wig from Rosegal some time ago and I could said that it's a pretty wig. For a fake hair wig it is quite soft. It doesn't look natural, of course, for it hasn't dark roots for an example. But if you don't care about it, this is a nice party wig.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2019Appalling Customer Service - Avoid! I ordered an item in medium. It arrived in good time, but was two sizes too small despite their sizing chart. The item arrived from China so make your own assumptions regarding quality and sizing. I immediately requested a return. This needs to be done via raising a ticket. However, I have been ignored for 3 days. Its clear that they'd rather not issue refunds and hope that you will eventually give up chasing. Personally, I'd never order an item from this company as you have no idea of the size or quality of what you will receive and if you need to return it, you most likely wont get your money back.

United States | 18 December 2019This website is a total scam. I ordered mats and a Christmas sweatshirt on 11/18/19. On 11/21/19 I received an e mail that my sweatshirt and 1 mat was shipped on 11/21/19 and a FedEx tracking number. Then on 11/23/19 received another e mail that 2nd portion of order was sent, with another FedEx tracking number. When I didn't receive the 1st order from 11/21/19 and contacted RoseGal via live Chat, all I got was the run around that according to their system everything was correct and to give it more time. On 11/29/19 I receive another e mail stating they have a shipping delay and to accept a SHIP15 discount. When I checked with FedEx, they have not even received a shipping label from this company. When I had done the live Chat, I knew something was fishy when I requested a phone number to contact a Supervisor or Manager and was told I could not speak to those in that position. I was very unhappy with this person and explained that according to Better Business Bureau that obviously this was not a legitimate company in the United States or she would have to be giving me a phone number and she went onto explain, they were located in Spain, and if I wanted to spend money on a long distance call she would give me a phone. I did call and requested a Supervisor, which I was told a "Julie" was the Supervisor and my orders had been shipped, but she would create a "problem ticket" that would be updated every 2 days with a follow up e mail. It is now 12/17/19 and no other emails have been forth coming nor the 1st part of my order ever received. The 2nd order was received and what a piece of crap. These were door mats. They are so cheap and thin, I have bath towels in the rag bucket that are better quality! Today, I sent another email to this Julie-supposedly a Supervisor to keep their 2 items that they claim was shipped out on 11/21/19. I said I did not want any other dealings with their company and would tell my bank to not process payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

United States | 16 December 2019Ok so on December 6th I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping when I had not heard from them in a week I messaged only to find out that one of my items is on back order ok so ship my dress they did but some how my EXPEDITED SHIPPING that was to take 3 days has turned into 3 weeks update after speaking to FedEx today I was told my package was only shipped today after Rose gal Lied and said they shipped it on the ,12 FedEx said they created a label on the 12th but did not actually ship until today where as if rose gal had shipped when they said FedEx said I would have already gotten it. This company is a joke they lie mind you I paid for expedited shipping oh they did refund me for that but that dose not change the fact that an order I needed by the 21st will not arrive until the 23rd PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM oh and this went way past the processing time they state is clearly marked it was supposed to be ,3 to ,5 days and was in tiny print so it actually took ,12 days to process while being lied to the whole time

United States | 13 December 2019I love their clothing. I order 2 sizes up on shirts and 1 size up for pants. I like my clothes non skin tight. My clothes have matched the pictures. The shipping is very quirky. I would give yourself no less than 3 weeks for an order. I have ordered from them 4 times in 3 months and overall I am very happy and will continue to order.
