Thank you to all who wrote reviews. I mostly saw negative reviews so that made it easy for me to decide NOT to purchase anything from Rosegal 👍👍 thank you all for saving me from making yet another mistake 😉

My wardrobe is filled with clothes from Rosegal. My friends and family comment on my clothes and I always refer them to Rosegal's website. The clothes are unlike any available from local shops and the quality and prices are always to my liking. I did have an item once that did not fit me, and Rosegal refunded my money and suggested I give the item to a friend that could wear it. I have never heard of an Australian company doing that. Delivery has always been prompt, and I love all the clothes I have purchased.

Not Happy. I ordered a christmas dress for a party. when I placed the order the eta was a week before the party so I thought I had plenty of time. It is now a week late and the last time that the tracking information was updated was a month ago. I tried to contact them via the live chat for an update on my order but all i got were generic answers and a list of the times and dates for the different shipping options. I ordered a dress from here last year and was really happy. I don't think I will bother again next year.

I honestly love Rosegal, the outfits are amazing, the prices are great. I have never received a wrong item and if I wasn't happy with an item or it was the wrong size they are always able to help me out and fix the issue quickly. I love shopping with Rosegal and I love the outfits and they have something for every occasion.

Ordered three items a month ago, have so far only received one. I am happy with the item I received, but not worth waiting so long. Still have not recieved any shipping information on the rest of my order.

I regularly buy from this website. Every time i'm satisfied. The items are cheap but of a medium quality. The shipping takes 15 days, but it's worth it. I recommend the shops , mostly the sweaters and the house items.

The clothes are nice & do fit well however it is important to check sizes & resize sizes from ovserseas to US are smaller. I did have to contact customer support on a couple issues regarding length of time a package arrived but I did receive a quick response & was able to get it resolved fairly quickly. If you are looking for a different look on a budget & can wait for a month for shipping, I recommend this site.

They are a great company for prices and for quality in their clothing, their customer service is great too. I have had no trouble with them and I have been ordering from them for years now. they always have sales, coupons and a big solution for everyone so come on everyone start shopping at rosegal you will love it.

It is very difficult to choose a comfortable and beautiful swimsuit at my not young age :-) and for my not perfect figure. I took the help of Rosegal and was not mistaken. One of the swimsuits did not fit me in size. But quick response came to my call to the service, and I quickly received the replacement size. Rosegal swimwear made my vacation in Africa unforgettable.

I ordered two items on November 19th 2019, paid for expedited shipping and for insurance. We had a Christmas party on December 7th and we had to come dressed as our favorite Christmas character. My husband's Santa pullover arrived late, but in time for the party. By 12/03/19, my Mrs. Santa dress still had not arrived. I tried contacting RoseGal, but you can't get a live person. I tried putting in a support ticket, but each time I filled out the claim, it would not allow me to enter in the Order #, so I could never get to Support. I was finally able to reach someone via Messenger. My dress was on back-order and it would not dispatch until 12/06/19, therefore it would not arrive in time for our Christmas party the next day. By this time, they were out of pretty much all Christmas costumes and nothing else to choose from. I asked for the expedited shipping and insurance money back and for a refund. They said they could not give me the extra money I paid for expedited shipping, nor could they provide me with the insurance money back even though they did not deliver my dress. They never sent me an email letting me know my dress was on back-order. Now I have to go to Amazon and pay extra to have a dress shipped in time for the Christmas party on 12/07.

Super low quality clothes, very difficult returns policy, long delivery times, very variable sizes (bought 2 dresses exact same measurements, one was a size too small and the other was 2 sizes too big) and terrible customer service. Will not bother with them again

I ordered 3 items only 2 arrived . Have contacted twice and they say they awaiting a new delivery in 3 days . Over a week later they still awaiting delivery in 3 days

Ich habe eine komplette Bestellung 3-Mal aufgeben mĂŒssen, damit ich sie bekommen sollte, jedes Mal hat man mir als "EntschĂ€digung" einen geringeren Coupon angeboten. Danach sollte das Paket innerhalb von 2 Wochen kommen mit höchster PrioritĂ€t. Nach 2 Wochen wurde es nicht einmal abgesendet. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, das 2 Produkte nicht verfĂŒgbar wĂ€ren. Als ich erklĂ€rte, dass es fĂŒr einen wichtigen Zweck wĂ€re der in der nĂ€chsten Woche wĂ€re, hieß es dann - oh das Kleid kommt Samstag und wird dann mit höchster PrioritĂ€t Samstag verschickt und ich mĂŒsste nur fĂŒr "Expedited Shipping" bezahlen. Das habe ich dann auch gemacht. Jetzt, eine halbe Woche spĂ€ter sagt man mir auf Nachfrage, "Nein das Produkt ist erst in 2-3 Wochen eventuell verfĂŒgbar." Als ich erwĂ€hnte, was gesagt und versprochen wurde, sagte man mir nur, ich könnte ja canceln.Bei den ersten zwei Cancellungen habe ich allerdings nicht mal den gesamten Betrag zurĂŒck gezahlt bekommen! Also bloß nie wieder! Update 11.12.: Noch am selben Tag die Bestellnummer durch gegeben und keine Reaktion bekommen. Reaktion zur Show.

**I have updated this review as since I gave 1 star their customer services has been amazing.**They don't tell you that you'll get charged import charges. I used these once and didn't get charged. This time my parcel only cost ÂŁ46 and now I'm being billed ÂŁ41.69p for import costs. Their customer services didn't originally contacted me back but they since have and did state that it is buyers responsibility for import costs but will refund this for me as a one off. I stated that no where when you purchase items does it states this. No email contains it until u get the shipping email AFTER you've paid and received the payment confirmation email. This warning should be visible at checkout. As I can't afford expensive charges like this I won't use them again but this is a shame as the clothes are lovely.

I had previously ordered from Rosegal several years ago and had a positive experience, but I just went through a horrible experience with them. I placed an order on 11/17/19 for 6 items. Within a couple days, I received a package containing all incorrect items. I contacted Rosegal to fix the situation and return the items that I received (which I hadn't ordered). They told me that I had to pay the cost to return the incorrect items and they would compensate me afterwards. I have called to cancel my order and request a full refund at this point because it has been so frustrating trying to get my order (which I still haven't received a single item from!!) Update: After another customer service agent stepped in to handle my problem, I finally got almost all of my order. I had to get a total refund, then purchase all of the items again, except for 1 item that was out of stock. It took about 2+ weeks to receive my package, but finally got the items I wanted.

I ordered a black dress for Halloween in a plus size on 10/05/2019. My order arrived in plenty of time for Halloween and was exactly as pictured. The dress fit perfectly thanks to the easy sizing guide on the website. The material of the dress is very soft and comfortable to wear for long periods of time and on close inspection of the hemming, it looks very well made. It was also really inexpensive! I went back for Black Friday and ordered 3 tops, 3 bottoms, and a dress!

I ordered 2 items through them. I paid for expedited shipping. The two items were sent separately. One was shipped priority, the other was shipped using cheap, 7-14 day ground shipping. This is after it took 2+ weeks to be dispatched from the warehouse. I asked that my money be refunded for the expedited shipping as they used ground instead. They refused and I had to have PayPal force a partial refund. Do not buy from these guys!
