I enjoy shopping at Rosegal for cute clothes at great prices.

I wish I would’ve looked up this review site before I spent over $100. The dresses were cheaply made and were definitely not the correct sizes that I asked for. When I asked them for a refund, that I was willing to pay for shipping to return items, they said no. Although they did not give me the refund I asked for, they never even sent me the blue dress that I ordered. So I paid for something I never even received. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service, Do not buy from them!

I loved everything I ordered, and it all fit perfectly, and looks just like the pictures shown. Everything shipped fairly quickly and well packaged. Will definitely purchase more in the future!

SCAMMER ALERT! I never received my order. When I asked about it, they told me they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. When I asked about a refund, they said they would get back to me, they never did. I made more than 3 attempts to resolve. Nothing. When I tried to talk to customer service she kept me on hold and then muted me for more than an hour. I purchased early May 2019. It is almost July 2019 and I have gotten NOTHING!! SCAMMER ALERT

My shopping experience with Rosegal was horrible. I have been nothing but lied to from the very beginning. I placed an order on May 20th and still haven't received my order. They did not have my merchandise in stock from the beginning and said they did, then when i called to check the status that's when they told me it wasn't in stock but as soon as it arrived they would have my shipping expedited (they didn't)and needless to say i'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I tracked the package today with the tracking information they provided and it's still saying i will be waiting another week. I am very disappointed and don't think i'll be ordering here again!!!!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Rosegal.I have one thing that didn't fit me because I didn't take measurements and just tried guessing. Rosegal is amazing and they solve it very fast for me.

The customer service staff are very polite and helpful and I will continue to shop here in the future!

The delivery is fast. My items have never taken too long to arrive to me and all fit me perfectly. Whenever I had any questions regarding my order, I always got a reply by the next day. I look forward to shopping with them for a very long time!!! :)

The order was partially shipped and I was charged for duties. Then the other items would be sent periodically. They could have stated they were had low or no stock before the purchase. The order took forever to process and my refund is taking awhile as well. Don't waste your time.

Rosegal is amazing, I am costumer since 2017 and products are always on time. I recommend it a lot, they have size charts with had help me a lot with my shopping experience

I will NEVER order from this site! Placed my order a week ago, never received tracking or confirmation yet it was taken out of my account immediately. Messaged them asking and I was told it was unavailable and to pick something else.. so I did. Made sure it was available before letting them know what I wanted and it was also unavailable according to whoever I was chatting with. I asked for a refund and all of a sudden my item was available and would be shipped “soon”. Asked a few times for a refund and was ignored and told it would be shipped soon. You can’t take MY money and not bother sending an email letting me know it’s unavailable!! No, no, no! I wish I could upload the conversation.

No problems at all with the ordering process. I love that there are always sales or coupons readily available to the customer. I love the variety of styles you offer, for all shapes and sizes too! I have placed 3 orders as of now and am extremely happy with every item I have bought from you guys. The shipping is fast, and when I didn't notice the shipping estimate they offered for me to exchange my already purchased item for something that would arrive sooner.

I always shop from Rosegal and I had good experience with them. I ordered a bathing suit and It was immediately sent out and arrived 4 days later it fit great and was really cute.

Après l'avis négatif laissé, Rosegal m'a contacté et m'a proposé le remboursement intégral de ma commande sans leur renvoyer les vêtements. Il m'a été demandé de les donner à une association caritative. Rosegal a précisé qu'il allait faire un effort quant à l'information sur les tailles (qui ne correspondent à aucun standard. Avant de commander, il y a intérêt de prendre l'intégralité de ses mensurations). A suivre... Je relève la note à 2 étoiles du fait du geste commercial que je remercie. Cependant, je ne retenterai pas l'expérience.

Awful. Only recieved half my order. The clothes that did arrive was poor quality and smelt. I've contacted them for a refund but am getting nowhere, not even a reply. I'm now going to go through my credit card provider to retrieve my money and report them to trading standards.

Rigtig dårlig oplevelse Bestilte 2 kjoler og 1 bluse d. 30/4 2019 D. 9/5 modtager jeg en mail om mine varer er sendt og 14 dage senere modtager jeg kun 1 kjole 😳 og besked om resten af ordren bliver behandlet. D. 31/5 modtager jeg en mail at blusen er sendt (idag d. 15/6 har jeg stadig ikke set noget til den bluse) 😤 Og i Torsdags d. 13/5 kom en mail om at nu var kjole 2 sendt... Den kommer nok først til Oktober, hvis jeg er heldig 🥺🥺 Lad vær med at handle med Rosegal !!🤥

I have made two purchases - which have both superseded my expectations, and of course, the prices are extremely reasonable. Based on those purchases, i would not hesitate to order from them in the future (currently I am experiencing financial difficulties). Much of the merchandise they offer for purchase would be difficult to locate or afford financially otherwise, and hence is another reason for my loyalty and gratitude. I give the company an overall 5 star rating on quality, range, and cost of merchandise as well as customer service, nominal insurance fee (guaranteeing a full refund or re-shipment), speedy delivery (averaging on 2 weeks from time of purchase for in-stock items), and reasonable shipping charges as well as many discount offers and coupons.
