I am very happy with my order from Rosegal. There wasn't any problems and I am super satisfied. Customer service senter is also very helpful.

The bathing suit I received fit great. No complaints. I also order some rings for my phone and they were good. Super sticky and held up great.

A éviter. Produit très mal taillé. Un coup trop grand, un coup trop petit. Le comble c'est que j'ai commandé 7 articles sur une même commande, 5 articles que je veux retourner, seulement il faut demander un coupon retour, et je ne peux supposer renvoyer un seul article car dans ma commande, ça me dit que j'en ai qu'un seul, impossible de pouvoir demander des tickets retour pour les autres articles. Ah oui ils peuvent faire des prix bas, ils arnaquent les gens,en ne remboursant pas le ou des produits qui ne nous conviennent pas. Quand on essai de pouvoir les contacter par mail, on ne te répond pas directement, mais par des phrases types en copier/coller. Je ne ferais plus confiance à aucun site qui n'ont pas une enseigne connu et pignon sur rue.

I placed an order in which I received an email back saying my order had shipped only to see that my house numbers are not on there. I sent a email to Rosegal and I didn’t get a reply, I found the phone number and called only to be told I didn’t put my house number on my order. So I pulled up my information to find that somebody was incompetent and did not follow through with the address properly as on my end it shows that I did put my street number in and this is not my first rodeo and have order online many times before. I was told by the representative that I had to call The company that has it out for shipment and see if they can find a package... which all the things weren’t sent out that I paid for also. I should not have to do the footwork for their era ... I am very upset with this company, when you call customer service number and somebody actually talks over you and doesn’t listen to you and tells you you have to straighten it out when I proved that my address was put in correctly on my end . I definitely would never order from this company again. And I’m sure I’ll never receive my order that I have placed plus my partial order that was never shipped. My order number is Z1906091133511357 I did Put my right address as I’ve owned my home for 30 years.. and I screenshot my address and information I put in for My personal information. So when you tell me I need to put in my correct address that just makes me laugh because I do have a screenshot of it, once I was told I did not put in the street numbers I went into my file and it is there.

Really quite frustrated at this point. I placed my order on 6/4/19 and it is now 9 days later and it is still only in processing, not even packaged yet. I ordered a single bathing suit, I don't see why it should take one item that long to even get packaged. The website says that orders should take five days maximum to process, it is now well past that. Rosegal please fix this issue. My order number is ZP1906040745397429

Same bad experience as all the others with unresolved tickets. I was also told to donate unwanted items to charity ! Had ordered a bag before and that was ok so that was why I ordered again but clothes are shoddy and very baggy. .AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE . DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. I ordered five shirts. Three showed up. Only one was worth keeping. I decided to return the other two and also asked about the other two that were missing. They said the missing shirts were out of stock and they could only offer me website credit. Only after I pressed the issue did they give me my money back. Likewise with the returns, they suggested I keep the items and donate them to charity (!), and then offered website credit again. After five communications I got them to agree to a refund on that. I shipped back the shirts, having to pay for shipping costs again. I lost the USPS tracking number (sadly they ONLY accept shipping from USPS, for whatever reason) and they would not process the refunds without it. Wish I had known about their F rating from the Better Business Bureau before purchase.

I have place two orders and both orders get automatically refunded?!? Why??? I didn't ask to cancel the order yet they keep getting cancelled by your company and I get refunded. What is up? Do you not want to sell to me??? ****Transactions were completed with PayPal! It came out of my account. If transaction didnt go through than why refund my money? Two orders, two complete transactions...two refunds***** Your errors, not mine

I ordered from Rosegal, and had a good experience with them. All my items came as described, and I had the expedited shipping, which wasn't too long of a wait. The quality was nice and the sizes were pretty accurate for me personally. Advice when ordering is pay attention to the size chart and measurements along with what the clothing is made of to get the most accurate fit. Will repurchase again from them.

Terrible!!! First, they are sized way small. I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. 2 weeks later, still no item. Contacted them, and it's unavailable in my size. I guess they had no intention to notify me. Offered for me to get something else. Guess what...nothing else comparable in my size. Then they want me to accept an item not listed on their website without a way to view the item. Um...NO. Then they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund!!! The customer service was very rude and pushy. Never again!!!!

Service client qui vous répond avec des phrases "toutes faites" colis bloqué en allemagne? pourquoi? une histoire de taxe? un problème de colis? aucune réponse de la part de rosegal qui me répond sans cesse : patience patience, sauf que quand tu contactes DHL et qu'une charmante dame t'annonce que le colis a été CONFISQUE par la douane allemande et que le vendeur (rosegal) est au courant depuis le début (car ce dernier a également ouvert un dossier à hong kong) tu te demandes pourquoi depuis le début rosegal te mène en bateau, obligée d'ouvrir un litige via paypal pour espérer être remboursée, car comme l'annonce DHL en général la douane ne rend pas le colis ! bref un site peut etre attrayant pour les prix mais une livraison inexistante, un service client qui vous ment ! je retourne sur wish ou aliexpress !

I was iffy about trying this site and will never use it again. My order was sent in 3 different packages. The 3rd, which had the piece I had really wanted that trigged my trying this site out, took over a month to finally get sent out. It only got sent out because I contacted them about why it was taking so long even thought online the items were available (surprise! They sent it out 2 days after I complained). Now this same package wasn't delivered. Which it's a FedEx issue, when I sent a ticket it about my package not being delivered properly, all they said was that FedEx said it had been delivered. I have a nest doorbell camera. It was never delivered. They didn't offer at all to contact fedex or to help with my missing package. The product itself, of what I received in the previous 2 shipments, are meh. While they're cute, the material is very cheap and it just all seems like something I could have gotten at a hole in the wall store for the same price, if not cheaper, without all the shipping issues.

I'm a new shopper that went on a binge for summer swimsuits and vacation clothes. Sizing was a little tricky for some pieces which resulted in me having a few things that needed to be returned or exchanged. The ticket process was very effective in getting those things taken care of... I received exchanges in a few weeks. My credit/refunds were processed in a timely manner. Now that I know the size chart changes with the various items, I haven't had any issues finding the right size. Just don't order the same size you would in a department store...check the sizing charts for each piece...they do vary.

Cheap, great quality and delivering on time. I'd buy on this shop again.

I absolutely LOOVE Rosegal! It's such a great site, very well organised, with updates all the time. You can always find something new, or old products with reduced prices. Love how they always try to please their customers and how they are always willing to help you with anything!
