Their speed of service and common sense underwriting has been extremely impressive of late Lewis Wheeler thank you for your regular visits and support with my applications, we are all very grateful to have you as our BDM For anyone reading silly 1 star reviews please dont pay any attention to them as they are completely inaccurate. If a case is declined by Pepper then its a reflection on the broker which had submitted the application and not the lender.

I have used Pepper Money for years and managed to place so many clients with them. I have always found them to be very helpful with both decision in principles and full application queries. Our BDM is always responsive!

'Pre-agreed' case, subsequently asked for the information that had been pre-agreed as not required and then, after over 30 pieces of additional information, declined. BDM never phones you, only email. Feeling really let down.

The DIP was referred initially and my clients needed the know if it would be accepted the same afternoon as they were hoping to reserve the final new build properties that was available. I called Pepper Money and I was surprised to have the DIP looked at straight away and it was accepted. After the application was submitted everything went smoothly and the calls I received from Pepper money were all very helpful.

Quick responses with a Can Do Attitude which is refreshing. It was a complex income situation which was dealt with using common sense.

I had my re-mortgage offer and solicitor took too long to process many checks. I was about to go on variable interest rates if completion was done in time. I spoke to pre-completion team and asked for help me with solicitor. The person name Gavin explained the entire process and help me through out by chasing solicitors, Discussing my issue with his manager and prioritise my application, he did everything he could and my application was done in time. Comunication! plus a sensible lending decision

No Vuelvo a financias jamás con ellos. He financiado con otras plataformas (aplazame y sequra) y nunca he tenido problemas. Alguna vez me he retrasado en algún recibo y pago al día siguiente y sin problema. Pues estos abusivos no sólo me cobran 18€ por 1 día de atraso si no que me me hacen 10 llamadas en menos de 5 minutos y erguido me envían un mensaje amenazándome con ir a juicio. 1 puñ3t3r0 día que ha tardado la nómina en llegar y poderles pagar ( que encima no te dejan cambiar la fecha de pago) Lo peor en financieras,no la recomiendo para nada...

My client's situation was outside Pepper Money's lending criteria, however, after having talked the case through with Ewan Watson, he overturned the initial decline decision. Great service with a common sense approach! Highly recommend Pepper Money!!

All cases I have looked at with Pepper Money have always been well worked with great communication. On the communication front, my telephone BDM Tom Gwilliam, has numerous times taken an initial look and confirmed what product fits the client scenario before we even look to apply. This saves me a huge amount of time and also means that the client is aware really early on, that an option is available. The type of client we are dealing with are often feel that no mortgage could possibly be available for them, so it's very reassuring.
