I purchased an interior bifold door with a wood finish recently. I am delighted with how it looks and opens up the space between the conservatory and the lounge.The sales team were very helpful in assisting me with measuring and choosing the door configuration as well as door accessories. I would say that you need a competent carpenter to fit the doors. Delivery was also excellent.Value for money very good.

The door did not have any wood on ground side because when carpenter trimmed it with sander the chipboard was exposed. There should be 10-15 mm of wood near ground surface for trimming to adjust the door.

Just placed my second order—11 internal doors and a patio door from Sam. Fantastic service again! Internal doors were in stock and ready to go, and I was told the patio door would take three weeks, but it arrived in just two. Super impressed. Highly recommend!

Easy enough process to order and a wide selection to choose from at reasonable prices. Door arrived on time but when unpacked it was faulty. Contacted customer services including photos of fault and the response was swift. A new door was issued, and was in perfect condition when it arrived. The damaged door was collected the day after the new door was delivered, which didn’t make economic sense to me, but that is the only very small issue. Would order again if needing anymore doors.

We ordered 5 doors which were showing as being "in stock" After taking our money we were informed that two of them were actually not available. We asked for a full refund for all 5 doors and are still waiting. Avoid any company which takes your money when it cannot fulfil the order. This is dodgy and one for Trading Standards.

I really shopped around and presented two local suppliers (one part of a national chain) with Vibrant's prices. Neither could beat them. There was a mistake with the order but Charlotte fixed it - with so much professionalism and humanity - it was as if I was dealing with John Lewis or Marks and Spencers not what must be a low margin almost wholesale supplier. The doors were of a good quality, the only let down was the transport, as the 13 doors weighing approximately 30 kilos each was stacked as the top of the pile on a 11 tonne truck and unless you have a fork lift truck at a private dwelling makes it difficult to unload without damaging the doors

The bi-fold doors I ordered are lovely, well made and the oak finish is very attractive. So much better than other doors my builder bought from another supplier that has a good reputation. My only quibble is that paying extra for the finished doors I would have expected the 2 door handles supplied to have matched. The doors have been used on a wardrobe in a bedroom. The service from the company was very good, delivery done promptly and correctly.

Excellent quality and excellent service

Doors at a good price with good product arrived when they said they wood, just took too long for delivery slot.

The doors are beautiful and at the market rate. Customer services were very slow to respond regarding damaged products, but once we found the best representative, matters were dealt with very well. Delivery was embarrassing poor one time (the driver refused to drive along the service road and left the doors about 120 metres from the bungalow), but the next courier was excellent, where the driver helped carry the doors into the bungalow.
