Three stars because I am having some difficulty getting used to it after the Bath Knight I had previously. This has a seat to help with getting on to the strap, which is a bit strange to use, and the pad on the strap is a bit had to use. Hard to get off the pad to lie down in the bath, and then to get back on to it to sit up again.

Brilliant! Easy access and no chance of slipping when getting into the bath.

tHE PRODUCT IS EVEN BETTER IN USE THAN EITHER THE DEMO OR THE TV ADVERT.

I had a demonstration in my home and the representative was very helpful and friendly. When it came to installation there was no mess and it took only a few minutes. I can once again bathe in comfort.

Getting use to the Easy2bathe which has made bathing much easier for my Husband

Chris the salesman was not pushy but was patient and took time the lift. both fitters were helpful and the bathrrom neat and tidy.

There was no hard sell ,john the salesman was very informative ,and gave a good demonstration ,and was very helpful ,when asked for quick installation ,because of health reasons, it was fitted in 5 days 😁 by two very good fitters ,the bath lift has made a great differents to my life ,it is so easy to use 😀

Most impressed with Sales rep. & speed of installation, within one week of survey. However, as bath lift not working correctly, we are now entering our second week & still no sign of an appointment to rectify the fault & make the seat usable. It is disappointing that it cannot be used because of the fault. We were told that fitters "passed this way twicw a week, so why are we having to wait so long?

A good device but the belt rucks when ascending. The white mat goes up with the belt and nearly gets caught in the mechanism.

The short time since it was installed, I have found it very good in getting into the bath and out. I would recommend this to people who have difficulty trying to sit down in the bath

Doesn't really work properly. Needs fixing or someone to show us how to fix it What and when can you do about this ?

After requesting a brochure we had visit by a rep who displayed and demonstrated the goods in question. My wife could try out the lift to ensure that she could use it and all queries were answered to our satisfaction as well as the price quotation. After giving our order, within a couple of weeks two fitters came and within the hour the lift was installed and demonstrated to us. Excellent service and very pleased with how it was handled.

Very impressed with the service from the initial phone call, to the demonstration at my dad's house. The sales rep was very considerate and explained everything clearly. There was no pushy sales patter at all. The fitters arrived on time and fitted the bath lift with no problems leaving everything tidy. They were very good about explaining how it worked and how to remove and charge the battery.

Bathing comforts regains independence with much appreication

It is hard to admit sometimes that doing things that for years you have taken for granted are now a danger to your health, especially if that includes taking a bath. When you give in and look for help a friendly and understanding response is what you need to have to help make decisions. From the start to finish my experience with the Easy 2 Bathe team was just that. No hard sell, and no mess. A very neat and easy to use product that has made my life less stressful and much more relaxing at bath times.

Having always enjoyed having a bath, I thought I would not be able again having injured my shoulder. I then read about easy bathe and was overjoyed to be able to lie in my bath again. I can heartily recommend this product.

After problems getting out of the bath prior to my leg operation and not being able to get in or out of the bath after my leg operation I now have the confidence to get in and out! Whoever designed this bathing aid deserves a medal.

The lift was installed on monday, it took about an hour for 2 men to instal it and there was no mess. I have had one bath since and it worked very well.
