When I first found this product on the Internet I thought it ideal for my needs, then before the salesman came I had concerns as to how this equipment would be fixed and secured, I was assured that there would not be a problem, and therefore placed the order. The only thing that concerns me is to do with the battery. I have asked for info about the battery, and I have not been given an answer other than charge it once a week, In the brochure it states the battery will work for 20 functions, so why charge it once a week? I have not been told what type of battery is used, but from my experience certain types do not need too frequently because it shortens the life of the battery. I have emailed the company, no reply, I asked the Rep, and the fitter, yet I did get a satisfactory answer.

From start to finish, very helpful staff. The product is easy to use, and I particularly like the fact that I can have a deep bath, and lie back in luxury!The "slip" mat is a great addition. A pleasure to bathe now - and safe.

Both my wife and I found the lift easy to operate, with perhaps a little difficulty in using the 'down' button on the machiine but this seems to have improved once we had got usd to using the lift. The handset at times does not adhere firmly to either the machine or surrounding tiles, with the result that it almost drops in the bath water. Perhaps a redesigned handset incorporating a hook to hang on the machine casing would eliminate this problem. Dismantling and reinstalling the belt to facilitate showering was easy and presented no problems. We purchased a cover for the machine,whilst dismantled, to keep excess water off but we were not aware of the availability of the cover until we received the Instruction Book. It would be useful if this is mentioned by the representative. Overall, a great and very useful piece of equipment, and we are very pleased with it.

The salesman was courteous and efficient. The service was fast and I'm very happy with the product. Haven't enjoyed bathing this much for years. Would recommend.

I emailed a query one evening and got a helpful and friendly call back the next day. She arranged for a rep to visit and give a demo, which happened just a few days later. He was extremely helpful and informative. The demo was brilliant, and I had no trouble deciding the safe2bathe was exactly right for me. Installation was prompt. They phoned me on the day to give me a time of arrival, and were exactly on time. The fitting itself was excellent. There was no mess whatsoever left after installation; they had to drill through the tiles on the bathroom wall, and again there was no signs of any damage. Fitting took about an hour. The fitter went through the operating details again with me, and left me full of confidence. I have now had it for over two weeks, am absolutely delighted, and bathing safely and comfortably.

It was all explained carefully and men very polite.

Very efficient company, their demonstration was very helpful in explaining how this gizmo works and the rep knew his stuff. The installation was quick and there was no mess. I would recommend this item to anyone.

On looking online I find we could have spent a lot less on similar, we were charged over £2000 and I see on line could have purchased for £900, why the difference. Also it is certainly not as good as hoped for, I cannot use it without my partner being on hand to assist me.

Carefully demonstrated before ordering. Expertly fitted a couple of weeks later without any problems at all. Well designed and tidy fitment which works exactly as advertised. Wonderful to be able to lower yourself right to the bottom of the bath. Easily operated and an absolute blessing to those of us who prefer a good hot bath to a shower. Well done easy2bathe !

Service from beginning to end was first class.

I would of preferred the box on the wall to be more in the middle of the bath, it was unfortunate that 2 days after everything was completed we had a flood in the bathroom. NOTHING TO DO WITH EAST2BATHE however it did mean we had to lift carpets etc. dry out and then lay new carpets! Totally my fault but I am now having lovely baths and I can cope on my own. after a few years of only having shows. WELL DONE TO EASY2BATHE

Very pleased with the personnel involved from demonstration to fitting. Only drawback was inability to contact anyone to inform when unavailable due to holidays. Email/phone contact with firm not in force.

My wife has difficulty getting in and out of bath. We have enquired into walk in baths, etc. After seeing your system in use in a friends house, we decided to go for it. It has been a revelation, she can now get in the bath and have a bath in comfort and most importantly, get out, briliantly

I'm astonished at the good reviews as I feel there is absolutely no way it lives up to their claims I have never been able to have a bath using this and I have the bruises to show for my attempts and when my perfectly fit therapist saw it she simply could not work it either! the strap has crunched up so it's more like a tight-rope and slips up under the knees to topple you over backward under the water . I genuinely believe this to be POTENTIALLY lethal and My complaints get me nowhere other than repetition of what feels to me like like an entrenched "the customer is always wrong" policy :-( I'm seriously considering going to the injury lawyers 4 U peopleas I have strained muscles and permanent pain from my attempts to use it!!!! and I have no intention of trying again as I feel it is too dangerous for me, living alone, as I do

Really a good buy. Easy to fit and your bath is still in tacked. Easy to get in and out of the bath. No worries about having any mishaps nor are you struggling to get out. A very good buy recommend to all.l
