Since I began the process, I have received at least 10 robocalls a day related to loans. This has been going on two months with no decrease in calls. I cannot help but feel that somehow my information was leaked through the loan process.

The Staff was friendly, helpful, very experince, nice the thru the whole process, would use them again.

Bad experience. Unnecessary & ridiculous pts.incorporated in loan though with excellent credit score. Loan officer did horrible job. Wont recommend to anyone. Ridiculous charges on loan as well. Will rather go to the bank anytime ,anyway in the future for clear prints

I’m a bit frustrated with the process. I marked “wire” on my closing paperwork, but realized my bank charged a fee, so contacted Rocket to see if I could change it, they gave me a number to Amrock, they said yes they would make that change, they didn’t. Then I was informed by the notary that checks would be mailed to me to mail to credit cards. This is a huge hassle, it seems like they could be paid electronically and save time, money, and enhance security, and timeliness. One check for $39 was for my Apple Card, one I had no idea what it was for, 2 that card is set to pay full balance each cycle, 3 it no longer has a balance, 4 I cannot mail to Apple Goldman Sachs as they consider checks non-conforming payment, so between mailing checks, wire changes, and a $39 check this seems excessive in addition to closing costs that were also excessive considering all of this was just done 5 years ago. I know I’m frustrated with the situation in general as I was close to paying off at a 2.9% and felt I had to go this route, but I think you are adding insult to injury with excessive closing costs, mailing each check certified, having a worthless $39 check, etc. I have been a pretty loyal customer and it seems Rocket could do much better if they really wanted to. 😢

The whole process was quick and easy. Every person we spoke with was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very nice. They were on top of every aspect. There was no delay. Highly recommend.

Staff were helpful, polite and responsive. Process moved quickly. The app made things so simple!

Fast, simple great app . Very helpful and knowledgeable people on the phone calls I made throughout the process.

The only part of the process fraught with complications was the closing online notary video conference. Mostly related to video quality issues. Rocket was helpful in working through the issues to a successful conclusion.
