This was one of the easiest mortgage processes I've ever experienced. From the beginning, the loan officer was knowledgeable and helpful and provided a lot of insight into my options. The process through their online system made everything faster and easier for me.

I like your representatives very much personally; however, overall I have never been happy with Rocket Mortgage. Your TV ad, I believe it is, states that refi's can be completed "in a few days. [It's quick and easy]." It is neither quick nor easy and took nearly 4 weeks. We had the usual issues with looking at every piece of paper I owned, including pay stubs from a couple years ago, and I will as usual never be surprised if my underwear drawer needs to be inspected. I'll live with this because I did it. I will say, and need to say, that your customer representatives -- not sure what to call them -- were excellent and very patient and helpful with someone who tends to be surly during this process. We did get through it, and the additional cash is very helpful to me in paying off persistent and onerous debts that I have NO intention of incurring EVER AGAIN. You may quote me. It was a much easier experience trying for a refinance loan this time. Not a boat load of things to do in the house in order for it to pass an inspection. Everything went pretty smoothly and we are excited about getting some debts paid off and just having one payment.
