Throughthis loan process, I was well informed about the next step in this process. My loan advisor made sure that I had all the right documentation needed for the loan to go through.

Our loan initiation was handled by Executive Banker, Samuel McCargo. He was fantastic and if I was just evaluating him, it would definitely be 5 stars. He was easy to contact and helpful in gathering all the necessary information. Our actual closing agent was the one negative of this transaction. After requesting we meet her halfway at a coffee shop, which I declined. She arrived 40 minutes late and strolled in letting both of our dogs out the front door to the two foot gate that she left open. She was unfamiliar with the closing application, pressed buttons too quickly and did not explain how or when we could access closing data. I still have not been able to see my final numbers.

They made the process extremely easy from start to finish. Was able to do everything right from my phone..

They keep charging me shortages every year, so they have extra money in my escrow account. When I said I will pay my taxes on my own. They informed me that I can not do that unless I refinance my home and pay additional closing fees & a higher interest rate. They ruined my credit for a $55.00 increase they charge even after I paid the shortage. They are legal loan sharks.

During our process we ran into a couple of glitches that could have put our loan in jeopardy. Even after doing all that we were told to do, we still came up a little short. Thankfully, one of the Supervisors at Rocket reviewed our case and found a way to make it work. We are so very grateful.
