Having been using Kemwel for well over 10 years, and have never had a problem . Price is always good, and no surprises,

I check rates everywhere and generally end up with Kemwel offering the best deal. Better yet, if the price goes down before the rental starts, they will gladly adjust the rate if I ask. I trust them to deliver and they never disappoint.

We have been using them for the last few years for car rentals in Europe and always get a better price than any place else.

Kemwel makes it very easy to rent cars you prefer in Italy before you leave the US, pay in US $, and the paperwork is always ready when you arrive to pick up your car. The cars are good, and we often select the bargain of the day at a steep discount. Much better than waiting until you get to your destination and then go through the process.

Have been using Kemwel for years. Very happy with customerservice and rates. However, this year had problems with Europcar and felt Kemwel did not come to my defense.

I absolutely loved my experience with Kemwel. We had an issue while landing at Sicily where our plane was delayed and we couldn't pick up the car. The company would mark us as "no shows" and it almost lost us our reservation completely. But Kemwel worked with us and the car company and were really friendly and responsive. They were able to rebook us at the same rate by changing the day, and were patient and presented all options when we were making a decision over the phone. I wish I remembered the lady's name who helped me because it saved our trip.

I have used Kemwel for years, primarily for international car rental, in various countries, and they always get me the best rate. If I've had to change dates or times for pickup, or drop off, they are always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this company, and have done so to many family and friends!

We use Kemwel frequently, and have had generally good rental experiences (except for Sydney, Australia). This was another *nearly* perfect experience. There was only one small problem: finding the car rental return. I can't blame Kemwel for this, but after reading the reviews of this one facility that noted the same problem, Kemwel should insist that their supplier provide a MAP. Duh! How hard would that be?

my recent rental with kemwel usung fox as a provider at the orlando fl airport was not satsifactory at all..i declined collission as i am cover by my home autopolicy and my creditcard benefits. The over charge was by kemwel not fox appx 76.00 overcharge. I have used kemwell several times to book in the UK and was always treated fairly..THIS TIME I FELT RIPPED OFF!!!

My husband & I had not rented a car in Italy before & we found it very easy to use their website to reserve a car. When we arrived to pick up our car, everything was exactly how we had reserved it. We had no problems.

The car and price were good but I had to pick it up in the center of Bordeaux, not at the airport - a two hour detour.

I have dealt with Kemwell for many years leasing or renting cars in Europe. I have always been satisfied with their service and how they conduct their business. Now that they are owned by a large car rental company it's easy to compare differences between renting and leasing. This eliminates an extra phone call and I find working with Kemwell even more convenient. I find that their prices and service have always been fair.

Rented a car for 4 days with you folks. First things was the company you set me up to use was rude as all can be. Secondly I stood in line to get my car only for them to take people who came in after me and they were moved ahead of me. I then had a family emergency and had to return home a day earlier. I returned the car ahead of schedule and no refund.. Just crappy service and i can assure you after righting you guys about it and the response I got, I will never use you again.. I travel alot abroad and so does a lot of my family and friends. Oh and just a little more info I work in the travel industry and if asked I will share my story with them as well.. I wish you all the best and hopefully this will make an impact on things to be improved on..

Our experience with Kemwel has been an easy process. We have been using them for several years. The only negative is the parking garage at airport. The narrow ramps with tight turns can be very trying which we know this is not kemwels fault. Filling up gas at end of trip can create problems. It can be difficult finding a gas station close to where the car is to be returned.

It was easy to reserve the car, and the service was great!
