From the start of the reservation to turning in our rental car in Birmingham England, we could have not asked for better service. Not one problem and that's the way I like it.

Checking in w/ Matt in Manchester was great, he was friendly, helpful and informed. Car was fine. Checking out at Victoria Station was a bit confusing but it all worked out fine. Would use them again.

Showed up at the counter. Easy to find. Staff was pleasant and easy to talk with despite my bad Italian. Service e was fast and was on my out in minutes. Would recommend them

You will be charged 100 euros approximately if you bring back a damaged car even if you have bought all the possible insurance. I asked to pay for gas in advance and still got charged the outrageous rate when I brought the car back. Maybe it's lost in translation. Great cars, mostly prompt service. Overall I was pleased.

Easy, responsive, thorough, timely, economical. Will do it every time I need a car in Europe for an extended period of time.

This was the 2nd time I used Kemwell and they were referred to me by a friend who has used them several times. Very happy with their service however the vendor they used this last time was very pushy in trying to get us to buy additional coverage and at the end is trying to charge us for damages to tire rims that we feel don't exist or weren't caused by us. Kemwel is in the process of helping us dispute the charge and I look forward to coming to a conclusion soon.

Absolutely no problems, hired car for 14 days, to France, Portugal & return to Madrid. Car was satisfactory, all went well.

Kemwell always listens to what we are looking for and are corteous if we call to obtain a status on our rental.

All aspects of the rental were excellent

We have used Kemwel for many years and generally like the Peugeot cars that are provided. The price can't be beat! However, recent changes in management have made the pick-up process much more time-consuming and complicated and unpleasant. The pick-up location is several miles from the airport and we are required to call the office on arrival and then wait for a van. Without a usable portable phone and only a complicated public pay phone it is difficult to accomplish this; the office knows our flight number and should be able to monitor flight information and meet us w/o our having to call. It takes at least an hour longer for us to pick-up our car than it used to. In general the employees are polite, but one of the office managers is very abrupt and, although knowing she is not dealing with native French speakers, she seems to go out of her way to speak French as fast as possible, even when requested to speak more slowly; we left feeling very frustrated. However, we will continue to use Kemwel for our summer car needs and a couple of improvements would lead to a 5-star rating.

Everything worked as expected

First recommended by a friend, we found Kemwell totally effective. Fair prices, no surprises or glitches, always available and reliable. I wish I had known about them much earlier in life.

Though the check-in staff at FCO were not overly friendly, the checkout and check-in processes were pretty quick and easy. The car was in good shape and had no issues throughout our rental. No hidden charges or additional fees to have to fight about.

Great car loved as usual, pick up at airport can use some improvement and new cars should have rubber floor mat to protect the carpet it would be for Peoguot best interest.

Was very happy with Eurocar service both upon pick up and return.Car ran well and got excellent gas mileage. Have never been disappointed renting cars through Kemwel in Europe and when I haave the opportunity I recommend Kemwel to my friends.

Will not use kemwel again if I am directed to an Avis counter . We were treated like a 2nd class citizen and given a wreck because that is all the had. Good thing I took photos of all the damage on the return they tried to say we did it!
