Had a positive experience overall except when I reached to pick up the car the guy said that I had only booked for 9 days instead of 11 days. I showed him the reservation email and asked him to check again as it cannot be possible. He then returned saying there must be some problem with the system and we proceeded with the reservation. Overall, a positive experience. Thank you

The folks at Kemwel provide various options for car rental or leases for visitors to Europe.. I've worked with Kemwel for over six years and feel they offer excellent value and full package pricing that is not always available with other vendors.

Signing up was easy...so was submitting a claim! As a first time user of this service, I was a little nervous. The signing up process was painless and the customer service reps (US based...yay!) knew their stuff. Would you believe it...first time with Kemwel, I had a claim!!! The process for submitting a claim and then getting a response was easy and quick. I got a full refund on the auto claim amount.

Have been using Kemwel for the past 15 years - once or twice a year for our trips to various European countries. Have usually done everything online and rarely have had to call staff for their assistance. Prices have always been much better than going directly to rental companies. Have never had a problem in all of the years that we have used Kemwel.

Customer service was friendly and quick to respond. Easy reservation process and there were no problems picking up the car. I had a great experience!

The only reason this experience didn't get a 5 star rating is that the car rental agency partner at airport pick up tried very hard to get us to change the type of car we had booked. I had researched and discussed with the Kemwel rep about our needs and decided on the vehicle we chose. So, I realize Kemwel doesn't have control over what partner's employees say and do, but they do have control over the agencies they partner with.

They found us a cheap rental with Europcar and everything went smoothly and as expected!

Kemwel has the best prices for auto rentals in Europe. I get vehicles from the major car rental companies for less than you can get them from those companies. You must make your reservation from the US. However, since we have a home VOIP line with an iPhone app to make calls from home, wherever we are, we were able to make reservations even from Europe. We did have a problem in Rome turning in a car because the directions to the rental car lot were awful and they didn't want to pay the rail station for the ability to provide the exact address. That was 2 years ago and hopefully that has changed

Been using Kemwel for 30 years. I don't EVER bother going anywhere else for car rentals in Europe and beyond. Always the best pricing by far(the few times I could not resist checking!), always with one of the big rental companies at a fraction of what they would charge if you went to them directly, and always responsive to emailed questions.

I want to salute " Kemwel" for exceptional Customer Service, I have been making my car rental arrangements with Kemwel for many years when I go to Europe for my annual trip. I can happily report, I never had a problem, the service I receive in the USA to make the reservation and getting a confirmation is very smooth and the agents are very professional... once I am in Europe and I go to the counter of my reservation , I always receive my car ( clean ) without any problem , I pick it up in the garage, inspect it, if there is a problem such as an overlooked scratch, I call the agent in the garage and he corrects the oversight.... Than I am on my way, the return of the car is also a piece of cake. As I mentioned I am always well taken care of by Kemwel and will use them over and over again. Recently I had an issue in Munich, where the agent there charged me additional Money, as soon as I returned to the USA I called Kemwel , told them the problem, they asked for a few days to resolve it and suddenly I was informed I am getting my refund, which did happen too... no empty promises here ... I was referred to Kemwel. I needed a rental in Germany for 14.5 days. registered picked payed for the all inclusive printed voucher and of i went. arrived in Frankfurt no additional fees no surprises great car with Euro... I expected to be upsold or additional fees.... nothing. dropped the car off 123 done. I will allways use them and have already referred my friends to Kemwel.

My wife and I own a small group tour business and are in Europe for six months of each year. We've done business with Kemwel for twelve years and have had excellent service and support from them. Their Peugeot Open Europe is a program to explore if you're staying for about three weeks or longer. We've had an occasional glitch with rental cars in Europe (who hasn't) and Kermwel has been there to solve our problems. They also have always been the most economical provider.
