I wanted to buy all my kitchen appliances and more from Filippo but alas, we were too worried about warranties to take the plunge. In the end, I ended up buying a kitchen sink and tap mixer from him. It is a small purchase compared to the large orders he normally takes however, having said that, Filippo spent a lot of time giving me advice and he was still polite and helpful even when I only ended up purchasing the sink and tap. The personal service offered by Filippo was second to none, including after payment when Australian customs needed some paperwork... Filippo had it to me in hours. Easily the cheapest way to buy brand appliances in Australia, with better service than local too! Bear in mind that shipments over AUD1000 mean you have to get full customs and quarantine clearance, so there will be additional fees on top of GST and import tax... Plus port fees etc if you ship by sea.
