Shopping on the internet has its risks. I know having been ripped off by a dodgy supplier in the UK. It is however a pleasure and relief to deal with an honest and down to earth supplier who does what he says he will do...no fuss, no bother. Filippo and his company Fesal have been very good to deal with. I was able to get good prices and prompt delivery. One of the items I ordered had a manufacturing fault which I discovered on its arrival. Filippo arranged for the faulty part to be returned and replaced. It took a little bit of time because of delays with the supplier but I guess that is a fact of life. I have no hesitation in recommending Fesal and Filippo and should the need arise I will have no hesitation in ordering more goods in the future.

I needed a new remote for the cooker hood as the old one had malfunction due to water damage. The proce quoted by the hood supplier was rather expensive, so I checked for alternatives on the internet and Fesal was a lot cheaper, so I ordered the product and paid via Paypal. Once ordered had been place there was no fuss and could track order after it haad been dispatched. Good service will use again if necessary.

When looking to order quality taps from the internet I stumbled across the site Fesal. At the start i was a bit sceptical, as the prices were unbeatable. However I read other forums about fesal and the service was truly legitimate. I viewed the numerous stock that Filippo had to offer and the variety is amazing. I ended up ordering all my taps which I would have paid double the price and also my kitchen and laundry sinks (at a cost of over $9000). Throughout the process Filippo the owner of Fesal will assist you with any question you may have either by email, phone or chat online offered through his site. He truly takes great pride in his work and will never dissapoint. His customer service is amazing and as for his English I too was pretty amazed. Once the order was placed Filippo provided me with a tracking number and also photos of the containment prior to being sent. The containment arrived on time and was well wrapped with bubble wrap. The taps were in impecable condition and have been installed with no problems. I could go on forever about Fesal. I would highly recommend buying from Fillipo without hesitation. I am thoroughly pleased and have high quality taps and sinks in my home which would have been impossible for me to purchase here in Australia. However one recommendation would be to plan and order early as there is a great variety you can purchase and if I had known about this site earlier I would have also looked at purchasing my whitegoods (oven,dishwasher etc). I recentley purchased a very large stainless steel rangehood from Fescal. It is perfect! The volt watts are correct for Australia and only the plug will have to be changed for our power points. One thing to be aware of, is that when it arrives in Australia, you will have pay for customs tax which did not bother me as I still saved over $3500! What a massive savings! I would recommend Fescal to any Australian

Well so far so good made contact with Filippo and was a bit concerned about sending him money in advance but was pleasantly surprised to receive the goods in New Zealand on time, well packed and in good condition. I trust I don't have any problems with regard to installation (Gas Hob) and it working once installed but so far so good. The only down side of purchasing from Fesal.com as apposed to the local supplier is that I have no warranty. However if you're prepared to take that risk, Filippo told me he could sell us any parts that would be required for future repairs, so I suppose it's up to me considering the purchase price was much cheaper even including freight from Italy to Christchurch, New Zealand. I would certainly consider buying from them again!

The power cable was cut by a stroke which is dangerous due to the lack of electrical insulation.

After seeing the Elica range hood we wanted on display in Harvey Norman (Australia), we decided to look around as we thought the price was exorbitant, the mark up is over double the price through Fesal. Looking around on the internet, we found Fesal.com.au and wrote to Filippo, who responded promptly and professionally to our concerns about shipping in from Italy, etc. The product was well packaged for the long journey and arrived in 10 days. Considering it was below half price of the Australian one, we've saved heaps. The only problem is the shipping cost, which is a lot, but it is a big package and the whole price is still so much better than what you can get here in Australia. Thanks guys!

Me and my husband have recently built a brand new home - we wanted a good quality sink and tap but didnt want to pay the high prices offered in Australia - after doing some research i came across Fesal.com.au - i was a bit skeptical at first as i'd never heard of this company before and upon checking their website couldnt believe that their pricing was so much cheaper than Australia - i found some reviews and was extremely impressed - Filippo was always there to help and would go out of his way to source what ever you needed from tiles to bathroom fittings to ovens and kitchen appliances - you name it and Filippo would be onto it in a very quick and efficient manner. I purchased a Gessi tap with vege sprayer and a schock sink - since we put it in our house we've received so many compliments and we are extremely happy. Found this company on the Internet as they provided a cooker hood that we were interested in. The price was more competitive that UK based sellers and the delivery was prompt. Due to unforeseen circumstances we could not use the hood. I contacted Filippo at Fesal and he arranged a full refund if the item was sent back in perfect condition. This is usually against policy unless the item is damaged. Filippo's attention to customer service was superb and I would have no problems recommending Fesal.

I asked via online chat for the duration of delivery. The answer "21 days" was exactly the time, when the sink was shipped. Within additional 3 days the sink was sent via TNT to Germany. Everything was exactly as described.

It's arrived and it's beautiful - our lovely Ilve Nostalgie double oven. We could not have had this oven if we purchased it in Australia - the price was just too cost prohibitive. And then we found Fesal.com.au. With Fesal our dream oven was possible. We did our research and checked out the reviews and other review sites. Filippo was so helpful and always answered our questions promptly - loved the live chat facility.
