Picture was great but unfortunately damaged in transit. This happened 3 times. Asked for extra packaging to ensure cardboard envelope could not be bent but extra packaging never happened. Not a great experience when item was for a memorial

I ordered a photo book as I previously had one made and the quality was exceptional. This time was no different. I love that I can flip through my fabourite photos and show these off to friends and family that come by. Highly recommend!

Just received photobook for my son’s wedding. It was fantastic quality and so many options for personalisation using user friendly software. However we received no email notification or updated on delivery. We choose site for delivery time and very disappointed that it arrived a week late after we had paid for speedy delivery .

I didn't get what I wanted. It was partly my fault as I ordered a square photo on a landscape template. Boots refunded my money when many other companies would not have done so. So I shall use Boots from now on.

The photographs are very beautiful, they took a long time to arrive but the quality and price were good.

I like to print my photographs instead of storing them on computers. I chose Boots because I knew there quality was really good having had print from them previously. The latest batch of prints were of the same quality, really good. It’s hard to find quality prints these days but for me Boots quality is outstanding.

I ordered a wedding photo album. Great service really easy to build your album online and the quality was amazing. Really pleased

Software not easy to use. Gave non-sensical image errors Then two pictures were blurred in the book. Finally the book arrived later than originally suggested by Boots.

Very good prints and quick service

These pictures took far too long to arrive compared to other online prints... AND you do not have to download additional apps or software to use. It is a slow, cumbersome process for darkened images and a long lead-in time. Shop around, there are better services out there.
