Placed the order with you the order never came in the time frame you gave me it was delayed you're end. When I called and asked one of your advisers if they could send it out a week later as I would be away on holiday they clearly told me no. They told me that is would be sent out regardless and if not delivered it would go back to you even though the delay was at your end.

Had to re order first lot of photos because they never came ! The second order has been over a week coming - still waiting for it. Will never order from Boots again unless I get refunded!

The prints are the shape and size I want!

Great photos and quick delivery. However I had cause to initiate contact with customer services, the person who dealt with my email initially gave me the wrong information and the last email I received from them was rude and did not fulfil my simple request.

Quick delivery and good photos will use again

Went into a store today to print my images and the printer paper ran out half way. None of the staff knew how to change the reel and after 20 minutes I was asked if I had a hour to kill so the manager could Google how to do it. Bit silly not one staff member knew how to use a feature in there store… in the end I had to leave with half my pictures missing.

Prompt delivery and high quality prints.

Easy to set up, easy to order. Loads of updates and pictures came on time. All in all very pleased.

Pri8nts were of good quality but of the 12 sent , only 11 were printed ( one twice ) . Hugely Invasive download program to facilitate ,which surely is not needed !! and now completed I have deleted the program. I will not be using this service again.

I liked the fact that it wouldn't let you print bad photos. Some online places let you print what you want which just means paying for awful looking photos you probably won't use.

Photos didn’t arrive

Good quality photos, delivery in time.

Many of the model rail photos only show the centre of the model. I asked about this several days ago and not had a reply.

The order was placed but just as we were expecting delivery we were told it there was a problem on quality control inspection and it would do be delayed - we only just received it in time for a present! Also on the spine there was not the title of the album as we had expected - all previous orders had had this!

Product which was a birthday card arrived later than the date given and without an envelope to send it on to the recipient, luckily I had one that it fit into, otherwise the product was as expected.As the card was received late I could not wait for an envelope to be sent on to me although it was offered.

True colours from the original. I ordered several 7x5 photos. As you check out it’s suggested to tick variable width rather than fixed width. When they arrived only 1 photo was actually 7x5 the rest were 6-61/2x5”. A problem going in a frame. Delivery was slow.

Only issue was using the start of the order process - found it messy and inconsistent - was using a desk pc

I wouldn't order from Boots if you need your prints to come on time. Ordered a set of photos on 9th Sept - delivery was 18-20th, but they got in touch today to say 21-24th - a long turn around time compared to other providers. Lets see when they do show up....

I have ordered from Boots photos multiple times and every time I have chosen delivery to home. The service has always been timely and good. However my most recent experience I chose delivery to shop for cheapness and slightly easier. Unfortunately my experience has been not so good. The timing has been poor. We found out photos have to come from Germany. And for the price it’s actually better to go to the shop. This experience has left me questioning whether I will use Boots photo again.
