United Kingdom | 03 October 2024I ordered a photo book which arrived with only 3 of the 8 pictures ordered. This was a surprise for my elderly father of 93 who married his long term partner. He rang to say he had received but was disappointed it had only three pictures. Rang Boots had a very unhelpful conversation and was told to email. Four emails later it is clear that the person responding has not read them properly as each one makes requests I have addressed. My father is housebound without a carer supporting him leaving. Being asked to download a return label and post book back I pointed out I live 120 miles away and he was not able to do this. Next request take a picture and download and send to Boots. Explained he was not able to do this he is 93! And frail. I asked why this was important as it was a surprise for him so why we would be giving false information. I asked for a Manager to contact me. I received another email where my response had not been read asking for the same proof. Enough Boots this is not good customer service. Another small note I think your staff need to understand addressing me as Mr Sue is not acceptable.

United Kingdom | 02 October 2024The book I had very carefully put together had a couple of pages where the very top was 'chopped off' which was a shame but did not detract from what is a nicely printed and bound keepsake for my sister. I raised the issues with the customer service department, who offered to reprint but due to logistics which made it expensive for me to return, agreed to a refund. Thank you for dealing with the issues in a very helpful way. I will use the service again despite the problem!

United Kingdom | 01 October 2024The ordering process was simple and straightforward, there was also a deal on so I got 200 prints for £15 which I was very pleased with. The reason I am giving 4 stars is it took quite a while to arrive. My order was dispatched within 3 days however it then sat with the courier company for 11 days (not sure what they were doing with it for that long). So if you are in a rush for your photos, I would bare this in mind.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2024Good quality print as always. I got the wooden canvas and it’s turned out great and accurate to original photograph (which admittedly wasn’t the best photograph as it was taken on an old digital camera). So I’m very pleased with the result.

United Kingdom | 27 September 2024Cover was fine but the paper is poor. Very thin and discoloured, not white and appeared recycled. Has a very cheap feel and appearance, I fear the ink will bleed through. Very sad when this was a gift. The paper had been cut straight with the lines so the lines are not straight and go at an angle. This is very visible when you flick through a few pages. No margin on the leftside which I would of preferred but also no large margin area to top which I do not get. Contacted customer service and response was send it back for a refund if you want. No desire to remedy in any way. Cannot and would not recommend. My order number was 812620-160941.

United Kingdom | 27 September 2024The photo puzzle was great in quality and delivery. Unfortunately I can’t give higher rating as the photo poster was creased twice! First time I contacted customer service and returned it for reprint. When the reprinted one delivered, it had more creased! I didn’t bother to raise another complaint again as it’s useless. I told them it’s mainly the packaging problem, so it got creased during the first delivery. They promised that they’ll make sure the second time would be well packed but they just did the same again. So it resulted another creased poster.

The photos were cropped incorrectly, the colours were off, and the overall quality was poor, (air bubbles). I would not recommend this service to anyone. Very bad customer service
