Images arrived outside the promised time window by a week. No contact to say there was a problem. Companies so keen for your details for marketing but not for communication. I had a presentation to make for a charity to someone who had done brilliant work and her photo was missing from the frame we purchased specially. Boots customer service were terrible and not interested in doing the right thing. I have complained but not had any resolution yet. DON'T BUY FROM BOOTS. If I could rate no stars I would!

Ordered instant prints from Haverhill Boots store to arrive at the store to collect my prints to find that all of their machines were out of order. If they were not in use why can you order from this store online. When speaking to the staff to be told to come back when the store manager will be in. I rang customer services with no success. I will not be using this service again.

I'm very happy with the printing and the colour processing is very good , and keeping me informed of the order through its various stages of processing

Ease of use.

The delivery took nearly3 weeks and I called twice to chase up to be fobbed off the first time and possibly told the second time why there was a delay. I was not offered a refund or much update/explanation. Disappointed with the service.

the order took over two weeks to delivery, not 3-7 days, as Boots photo said they would when they were ordered The prints are good quality but the long wait let them down

after ordering prints no confirmation email came so had good idea order nit jone through. after a few days emailed and was told break down with printing. surely I should have been notified without me emailing boots. they did come in a few days

Took over 18 days to receive my photos. When I did some of them were so dark they weren't usable. All the photos came out really dark compared to the digital versions which were all adjusted and lightened etc. They never informed me that there was a delay until I contacted Boots and they told me they'd refund me the postage and packaging. Took a month to receive that refund. Just a rubbish experience and I won't be ordering from them again.

Normally service is fine. I placed order on 19 August and delivery due 22-26 August, I chased on 28 August to be told there was a problem with a printer, then I recieved on 3 September. I should have been informed without having to chase up once the delivery date had passed or told well in advance and offered the option or a refund so I could go elsewhere.
