Everything was great until the delivery. Despite being at home the bike was left with a neighbour and my door bell wasnt even rung, or phone call made to me. It took my neighbour a few days to tell me they had it so i had a period of a missing bike

Service and communication was good and the bike arrived very quickly. The delivery could have easily been better. It was a fold up bike yet came in a huge box - why not fully assemble the bike then fold it up and save loads of cardboard and delivery costs. Instead it was delivered in a huge box with the handlebars on sideways to fit it into the huge box. I then had to mess about with the handlebars bars to get them straight and think a bent the mudguards in the process. All of which would have been avoided if they’d used their brains. Also the bike needed the pedals putting on, why? Why not just send the bike with the pedals on. The instructions say you need to use a special torque wrench. How many households have this item, likely none. So did I put the pedals on well enough, I don’t know. It says I should take the bike to a specialist to get the pedals put in, really? Why not just put the pedals on when you assembled the bike, then fold them and the bike up, put in a much smaller box and ship it. Then it’s ready to unfold and use straight away. Doesn’t take a genius to think that through. Hence only 3 stars…
