Bike come broken I still can’t use it and I’m paying for it insurance is crap and a lie and you don’t get no rental bike whilst your bikes broken so if you need a bike for work don’t rely on cycle solutions

wasn't sure about a couple of things on the scheme, rang and they were great taking me through the process and explaining exactly what I needed and helping answer my queries, couldn't recommend them enough. no pushy and very quick from ordering to delivery.

I received regular updates on my order and was able to make a substitution to one item which was unavailable from the distributor. The delivery was well packaged and included some tubeless valves and a multi tool.

A surprisingly quick and efficient service. Loved how the bike arrived made up with just the pedals and straighten handle bar which was very easy to do. The bike arrived in good condition Customer service both by telephone and email with Cycle Solutions was excellent.

I have had an awful time with this company. I am so sad that they are who my employer uses and I will be feeding back to them about it. Little to no communication, I have now waited in for two days for a bike that has never come. Very quick to blame the courier company when they have chosen them and obviously have a contract with them. A very quick search of this site will tell you that the same issues have been faced by customers time and time again and apparently have never been resolved. Staff are not helpful and don't get back to you when they say they will so I would recommend chasing them if you actually want an answer. I have now had to cancel this order and wait until it arrives back at their depot apparently before they will issue a refund despite the bike never having legally left their possession. Very poor.

Great company! I bought a Scott Addict 20 Gravel(2024 model in Lulworth Blue) bike and was happy with the price and service. The bike arrived assembled in a large box(excellent protection!) and required very little assembly. The frame was wrapped in foam as were the front and rear mechs. Also included was a multi tool for adjusting and tightening handlebars etc. Very useful. The price also included a SRAM charger for front and rear mech batteries. Delivery was very quick too. The bike rides like a dream and the SRAM electronic shifting is another level. I would highly recommend buying from Cycle Solutions.

Good experience overall, especially with Nathan who went above and beyond for customer service. Some teething issues with difficulties changing some faulty equipment and wrong size clothing, but it was eventually resolved and I'm happy with the final outcome and the tax savings!

Great Communication and a pleasurable experience

I placed an order through my employer's Cycle to Work scheme, and have been very impressed from start to finish by the service I have received. I was contacted very quickly to confirm the order and was advised that as soon as my order had arrived at the warehouse I would be contacted again to book a delivery date, conveniently this was able to be booked when I had annual leave so would be home to receive it. I contacted customer services after delivery due to a minor hiccup- I ordered an ex-demo/nearly new model, and the battery charger and battery lock key were not originally included. This was swiftly rectified by Sam, who was incredibly apologetic and helpful. I had lots of questions as a complete newbie who had taken the plunge and ordered a very nice electric bike, both Sam and his colleague Nathan were unbelievably helpful, advising me on different options regarding the seat post and lowering it as I was concerned about the height, and Nathan even going so far as to have one cut down and sent out to me. I cannot recommend Cycle Solutions/Uprise enough to anyone, newbie or expert alike. The support I have received from start to finish has really put my mind at ease and made a novice feel confident in what I chose and very excited to start using the bike!
