Swift, helpful and cost effective.

My Cycle was delivered with a major issue,the battery was faulty,I took the option to have it looked at locally rather than the logistical nightmare of returning it and waiting for a replacement,I paid the labour for diagnosing and fitting the new battery.It was £150 pound you reimbursed me £90 which is annoying but I accepted it's obvious this bike did not have a proper pre delivery check.I am now riding my bike regularly and it is fine apart from the gears require adjusting.I won't be using cycle solutions again.

Don't offer a free gift if the gift is worthless when it arrives - I would prefer not to be offered anything at all. I was offered a Survival Kit, and was expecting some form of first aid kit or maybe some sort of nutrition aid (no description when it was offered). I got a (very poor quality) saddle bag and a puncture repair kit....not sure that will help me 'survive'. OK, it's free, but it leaves a bad taste, where offering no gift at all would not have had a negative impact. Very little thought put into it, and it devalues the experience.

After selecting the bike the order was verified and the bike delivery in about a week. It came well packaged with tools and pedals. The whole process could not have been easier. I am very happy with the service.
