I had good service throughout from my initial request for a quotation for a replacement boiler through to the final payment. The "remote survey" (using my photographs) was efficient and the installer arrived promptly as scheduled and did a neat job. There were a few hiccoughs on the way through but they were all handled and overall the job deserves five stars.

Highly recommend Hassle Free Boilers. We contacted the company a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for a new boiler. We were asked questions about our house, and if we had any plans to extend, or add new bathrooms etc. Once we’d answered all of these questions, the representative provided us with some options, and helped us pick a boiler that would best suit our budget and requirements. HFB came to install the boiler today. Arrived on time, fitted the boiler much quicker than we expected, showed us how to use it, and left zero mess. From quote to installation, these guys have been great. I’m confident that, if we ever have to call them out for repairs and so on, the great service will only continue.

Very good value service compared to other companies I had quotes from. Good, friendly, Engineers on the day my new boiler was fitted. I would have preferred a more detailed handover before they left as I had problems the next morning that needed a call out. But this was quickly resolved. Overall, I would recommend.

The whole experience was painless, engineers arrived as expected, all of the parts were here ready and they just got on with the job. No set time for a break, they stopped when it was convenient. He was not only very knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything, but he was very courteous and the cleanest and tidiest tradesman I have ever had dealings with. BAD - takes advantage of elderly, doesn't respond to complaints even when the survey has confirmed the installation was incorrect - ripped out and threw away a perfectly good working fire and refused to replace when they were only supposed to be changing the boiler STAY AWAY!!!!!
