I’m currently in the process of trying to get a refund. I paid for the item and had no confirmation of order email which I thought was strange. I contacted them after a week and was advised the item was out of stock for another 2 months. I cancelled the order but have not received my refund and they are not replying to my emails. I would advise you not to use this company

I ordered a lamp and vase at the beginning of March. It was communicated to me very quickly that there was an issue on the website and that the lamp was out of stock how would I like to proceed with the order. I emailed to let the company know I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. After various emails with NO REPLY I called the shop on March 18th who then quickly processed the cancellation. I have since sent several emails as I still have not received my refund (April 4th) AGAIN WITH NO REPLY. The company still has my money!!! I will now be contacting my card provider as this feels like a scam. Please avoid this has been nothing but hassle!!!!

I ordered a sideboard a month ago, item wasn't dispatched for over two weeks, to find out when it arrived it was badly damaged. the top of the cabinet the wood had split all the way along, with bad scratches on the one leg aswell. slow communication is a understatement 2 weeks and still not sorted, £385.00 i paid for this item and still in limbo and only offered me £50 refund if i was to keep it ...... this item would not be sellable again so why would i still have to pay over £300 for it!!!! il be getting intouch with payment provider as its ridiculous now. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cancelled my order as the company had no stock but after 2 weeks of waiting for a refund and messaging the company with no success, I have now reported the situation to my card provider to try and recover my money. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Sadly I think I'm the latest 'victim' of this company..... I'm writing this review as Trust Pilot say that Decor Interiors generally answer within 48 hours which is far quicker than any communication I get from them! I brought a Flamingo ginger jar from them on 27/2/2025, it arrived on the 3/3/25 which was great BUT with long discolouration lines down both sides. I duly emailed them ( twice before I heard back) with my order no and pictures as required and said I would like a replacement. They asked me to let them know what date would suit me for collection, which I did and then waited. I heard nothing back at all until late in the afternoon on the collection date, when by email they said they had booked it in but the driver had a break down and so couldn't collect, could I let them know another date and they would rearrange another collection. Since then I have told them two more dates and no collection has been made .......I've not heard a word from them at all. It's wonder they're in business. Im lucky enough that my cousin works for trading standards, so should I not get a replacement or my money back soon I will be having a word. Feel like I've been scammed.

Terrible service. Do not buy from here. Would have given less stars if I was able to do so. I bought a mirror off them, which arrived smashed to pieces. I have provided evidence. I have been moved to five different departments and a manager. I have been promised a refund, but this has not happened. Bought 02/01/2025 and still waiting on 12/03/2025. Going to take further.

Nice items, as advertised, good price and go well with other ornaments on display. Didn't mind the delivery charge, even though arrived a little later than anticipated as items were well packaged and good communication when querying delivery update.

Searched online for a product which I was pleased to see this company/website was cheaper than other companies which now is obvious as to why. The product was advertised on sale, during the checkout process, the price went from £128 to £236!! The price in the bag for each item had increased by nearly double. Not something you’d expect on any website or items especially the ones on sale.

Great communication about each stage after placing the order. Was a bit unsure about buying a chair without trying it out and seeing it but it’s perfect and really comfortable. Packed very securely and a quality product. Delivery was exactly when I was told which was greatly appreciated as I had to get a friend to wait in for delivery. Would have no reservations about buying from Decor Interiors again

If the company responded to cancellation requests and customer queries about delays as fast as they do Trustpilot reviews there would be few complaints. Can’t remember the last time I had to use the payment dispute service. As soon I cancelled the order it should have been refunded. The order process was good, and I thought the update emails were great, until order never actually dispatched. Item was not actually in stock. That made the order update emails a nonsense, ‘we’ve quality checked, we’ve packed, we have it ready for collection’. No the item was not in stock and none of the messages were true. No doubt the in person experience is great, but the online is terrible. And please don’t respond to this comment, it would take less time to process a refund than reply to this.

Received a lovely gift from my sister from Decor Interiors for Christmas and have bought multiple items in the past. Can't fault the items or the customer service! Joanne & her team go above and beyond with her help and advice. Highly recommend 🩷

I have ordered so much from here but have only just got round to leaving a review. Moved in to our new home around Halloween time and naturally we wanted a lot of the decor done for family coming on Christmas Day. Joanne & her team helped me source the perfect dining table, benches and end chairs AND sofa for a different room. Only ordered a few weeks before Christmas and all arrived in time. The items are beautiful and get complimented all the time. The staff also helped suggest accessories for each room such as cushions, rugs, throws and faux plants etc. I would be lost without this business and their always friendly interactions and their magic touches they add to our family home 💜

Twelve five star reviews uploaded on the same day and they say they don’t write fake reviews. LOL Terrible communication and terrible customer service. You will have to chase them for a refund. Avoid I’d like to correct you there. I actually contacted Trustpilot in regards to your influx of five star reviews, which I found extremely suspicious, as I don’t think it’s an accurate reflection on the service you provide and I think it’s very misleading. I asked them how do they authenticate the reviews that come through. Basically anyone can set up a Trustpilot account and can give a review for any product, service, etc. Trustpilot have no way of knowing whether or not that person actually used that product or service-they just have to believe that people are giving fair and genuine reviews. You say you can’t see an order under my name-are you suggesting I wrote a fake review? As you said Trustpilot wouldn’t allow such a thing…

Brilliant shop, love the range of products. Was stuck for a wedding gift idea and bought gift voucher, which bride and groom were thrilled with. Choice of furniture and accessories is fantastic! Highly recommend these guys!
