PODs is incredibly convenient and cut down the time and effort of moving exponentially. They were able to adjust to our schedule when we were running behind in packing our POD and had great customer service when doing so. You can tell that this is a company that understands how stressful moving can be and is there to help in any way they can.

PODs is an extremely effective no-nonsense company with skilled drivers and responsive office staff. The driver in Waterloo (ON) had to maneuver the container into a narrow passage among huge piles of snow, which he did quite professionally. They delivered the container from Waterloo to Calgary well ahead of schedule. And their service was inexpensive.

Several of my friends and family have used PODS for long distance moves without incidents. So I’m trying it too. BUT now that most of the charges are complete, I’ve realized my things were not worth the cost of moving them. So make sure your belongings are valued at more than the cost to move them. PODS has been great working with me and all my changes, every team member had great attitudes and made those changes with a smile.

The Pod was delivered right on time. And the Pod was in the correct orientation as per my conversation with the Pod scheduling Gal! Robert placed it in record time and in the perfect place to make my unloading fast and efficent since it was getting ready to rain. But since Robert was on time and placed it well I was able to get it unloaded without running and it was unloaded before it started raining!

Your request for review is premature because the POD hasn't arrived. It was delayed due to weather. You should synchronize your systems to take rescheduled deliveries into account and only send the request after the POD has been delivered and then picked up. I'm sure there is data recorded somewhere to indicate when that actually happens, not when it was originally scheduled to happen. Dumb.

Pods was a very good option for our cross country move, with an uncertain time of purchase of our next home. The pods came on schedule, were loaded/unloaded at our own pace, and it was very economical compared to other methods. The employees I spoke with were all very up front about the costs and we knew what to expect. We were actually able to make several changes in dates, etc, along the way. I would highly highly recommend that anyone check into Pods for a move!

would have been a 5 star but they didn't pickup pod after use for 4 more days after scheduled date. so i basically stored their POD in my driveway for 4 extra days since their "storage" area was full. i should have charged more for POD for daily storage. got $66 refund (after complaining) so basically $16 per day for them to leave a POD in my driveway and limited my access to my garage.... ok communication, great drivers. poor logistics.

The representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful. Communication is fabulous!
