Overall, the experience was very positive. The all the drivers except one, were very friendly and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will recommend this service to anyone who asks. There was only one driver that had a poor attitude. He was the last pickup driver for the 8'unit. He was in a bitter mood and told my husband"I would never have dropped these here!"

This is our second experience with PODS and are in the middle of our move to Atlanta from Houston. Our PODS was delivered right on time this morning and now the fun part starts - unpacking!!

Most of the experience was excellent. Only negative was, after finding the pod NOT BIG enough, 2weeks prior to next pick up, the agent I spoke too could do nothing the change out the pod for a larger one. Even though I offered to pay for difference in price and transport of larger unit to my house and then to Florida. She offered no other solution.

For our long distance move, (955mi) from MA to SC and a small pod ( 8ft) move it worked well for us. Both of us being over 65 and doing the packing loading as well as unloading it was difficult, using the pack and load services referred would have made it easier. Web site and Cust. service was very good. Only negative was not being able to get exact dates we wanted for service. We did get close, to dates, a day or 2. But We understand the volume of people moving to the area impacted that. And we had to modify plans a little twice. All in all for a small volume move 8ft. It worked well for us

Dropped off, picked up and then dropped off at my new house all on time and early in the time window. Drivers were all courteous and friendly. Everything was in tact on delivery. Great experience.

This was a very good experience. PODS is a great service, timely, less expensive than other moving companies, and you can unload on your own time. I would definitely recommend hiring professional loaders though. We thought we could do it but learned very quickly that by doing it ourselves we could not load the PODS as full as the professionals. Rather than go to a third pod, our professional loaders saved us having to purchase a third pod after they unloaded and then reloaded. We just finished unloading our PODS...after traveling hundreds of miles, staying in storage for a few days AND being delivered the last 1.5 miles up the gravel road on our mountain in the Smokies...there was not ONE thing damaged! AMAZING PERFORMANCE!!

Reserving the unit was easy, the representative that took my order was informative & professional. I could tell she was following a script because we paused frequently to “review”. Between the “reviews” and the frequent “reminders” we received along the entire process, one could think that PODs was the only thing going on in life! But seriously, the prices is easy, convenient and economical if you’re willing to invest some time preparing @ sweat equity packing. IF there was a downside (a small inconvenience) it was the dimensions the representative quotes you are the OUTSIDE dimensions of the POD - if you’re moving some larger pieces, you need to ask for the INSIDE dimensions - it will make packing the POD a lot less stressful.

the absolute worst experience with a company I have ever had. from not having my return order placed, lack of knowledgable customer service staff, and overcharging my account for services I never received. Example charging me 255 dollars for one day at transfer location. attempts to solve the issue through customer service ended with my 7th experience of being passed along to people that clearly were annoyed with having to speak to me about my issues, I had to file fraud charges against this company for overcharging me! not to mention the emotional ordeal the unkind and uncaring staff put me through. all of my deceased Childs belongings were in that pod. due to failure to schedule my family had to sleep on the floor without our pod for two additional weeks. each supervisor I spoke to made promises and never followed through on anything. never recommend this company to anyone.

PODs is the only way to move from house to house
