Everything went exactly as the customer service representatives told me it would. They were on time every time. Highly recommend.

Just checked my bank account and I noticed you charged me an additional $139 without notice or explanation. I was informed I was paid in full before you delivered my pod to my new location. This included an extra month of rent. You have the worst customer service. They were extremely rude and not helpful. I was told many lies. No one gave me the same answer when I asked the same question. If I could give a zero I would. I will never use pods again

Worked out well for what we needed

The process was easy and the driver called me with the time to deliver, confirming the location to place the POD. Great service and appreciate the support.

This was our first time using Pods moving & storage service. The process was very smooth. I was most impressed with the customer service reps I spoke with each time I had to call in. They were all very courteous and professional. They answered every question and resolved every issue and request. Rock stars, all of them. I hope that never changes. One opportunity for improvement is the website and lack of availability of packing materials. Update 22Mar2025: I neglected to mention the value. To us, it was worth every penny. Last thing I ever want to do is drive a big moving truck, filled with my entire life, across the country. With Pods you decide when to get it, load it, when they pick it up, and when the loaded Pod gets delivered to your new home. It drastically reduces the stress that comes with a life-altering move.

delivery guys are nice, but the system takes too long to deliver

Company was flexible when I needed to change the pickup date and didn't charge any extra fees.

The communication was great. I really like how John communicated with me today. His timing was great and he was true to his word on timing.

Staff was very good, they did their job and always notified in advance and were pleasant and professional.

Pods were delivered and picked up on time. Communication was good. I moved my dates a couple of times and there were no issues. My stuff arrived in perfect condition.

Great experience once again. Pods does it right!

While we didn't encounter any major issues, ultimately, we felt the savings gained by using a service like PODS was simply not worth it. The scheduling that needs to be done to accommodate PODS' rigid procedures made booking two separate moving companies very difficult. Additionally, when calling to speak to PODS reps, each one seemed to have slightly different information and this became very frustrating and confusing. We also had to obtain permits in both of our locations due to the clearance for the PODS container. We also had to figure out how to navigate having enough room for the PODS container in cities. I would highly recommend against using PODS.
