United States | 06 March 2025I live in an HOA community. I was given 48 hours to remove the pod from the street. You scheduled pickup during that time. Next day you changed pickup to 5 days later. Called customer service and said they would look in to it. No call back. I will probably incur fines for the extra days.

United States | 06 March 2025One phone call got me a price estimate, got a run down on how it all worked & was able to schedule my delivery dates. The email reminders of the process was helpful & phone calls by drivers allowed last minute updates & directions. I liked the 30 day rental to allow for a no rush loading and unloading.

United States | 06 March 2025There are a lot of things that have to be done when moving, such as packing, shipping cars, booking flights, preparing to sell or rent your current house, and it seems like something is always going wrong or being miscommunicated. Not with PODS! Their communication was steller! They kept me informed every step of the way. I made a change to my delivery date and there was no problem at all. They arrived when they said they would, delivered when they said they would and everything arrived in great shape. It was so nice to have the pod in our driveway when we arrived at our new house.

United States | 06 March 2025If I could give PODS zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Despite providing the correct address, PODS completely disregarded my instructions and placed the container on a busy major street, nowhere near my apartment. This caused a nightmare for my movers, who struggled to unload due to the unsafe and inconvenient location. To make matters worse, because the pod was so far from where it should have been, my belongings were left vulnerable, and items were STOLEN right out of the container. The lack of security and responsibility from PODS is absolutely unacceptable. I reached out for assistance, but customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This company showed no accountability for their mistakes, and I was left dealing with the consequences. If you value your time, money, and belongings, DO NOT use PODS. I regret ever trusting them with my move.

United States | 05 March 2025We were living about 22 minutes outside of Grants Pass, OR. It was during covid and our house sold. We were moving to North Carolina. They coldly told us "we don't go out that far." So there we were scrambling to find a way to move our 4 bedroom household across country. It wouldn't have been so bad had they helped suggest some companies who do go into a more rural area. Secondly, that commercial where that spacey brunette SCREAMS out "we got the house!" while she dictates where a box might go. I was 69 years old when I packed the truck we did get.

United States | 04 March 2025The Pod delivery and set up was great it wasn't until I called in for my schedule pick up and realized I was speaking with someone very rude! I didn't appreciate his tone so I spoke with a supervisor and my issue was resolved.

We will use your services again when we need extra storage. By the way, the drivers were very friendly and courteous. Thanks for everything!
