United States | 01 April 2025I rented from 1/6/2025 to 4/3/2025. My first container wasnt so bad only was charged double the amount to bring it 43 miles from my first address. 2nd container. Brought on a later date than sceduled. Was taken to storage instead on that thurs. Ended up being that next monday. I had to pay 73.00 extra each day the container was on the premises of my old address. Also had to wait a over a week to get my container delivered because they did not have a driver. I was in my new home for 2 weeks before i was sent my stuff to servive on. Talked to many customer service people. Many different answers to same question. The customer service in the tampa location would not answer their phone. I will never use Pods again. I will not recommend them to any one. Also delivery to my new address was charged double the amount quoted. The only good thing was the drivers. Polite and on time.

United States | 01 April 2025Drivers were all great with communication when dropping off and picking up the pods. They were incredibly professional and friendly. The pods, overall, were so convenient. My only complaint would be, which turned out to be a big one, was the technician when scheduling the pods did not accurately help me determine the right size pods we needed for moving our home items. This forced us to still have to rent storage space & a moving truck. Be sure to double check the size of the pods and what you're storing and moving.

United States | 31 March 2025They customer service is horrible. I had oil in my pod when it was delivered. Then I called the very next day. I left a message about it. No one responded. So I waited a few days no response.Called and Called….. I had to move my things out. Because I was running out of time. Long story short. I put a piece of plywood over the oil on the floor. Finally talked to manager. He said he couldn’t do nothing about it. Bs never again

United States | 29 March 2025Well I was very surprised when my niece set this up for me and I talked with a person who explained everything to me and she was very aware of her responsibility to make sure that I understood how your process worked. I am just really sorry and sad that all my plans were changed due to family having serious health concerns that came up so unexpected. But I will definitely have POD’s do any of my moving needs in the near future. Everyone was so kind and supportive of my situation. I will let all my friends know that if they need to move or just need to have a place for storage to use your company because I think you all were just so kind and considerate of my family situation and I appreciate you more than you will ever know. United States | 29 March 20252nd time using PODS. Also have used another pod like company. With no issues. This time, as usual, I used ratchet straps, moving blankets, towels, moving boxes and paper. Nothing in the container was loose. My POD must have been dropped or struck very hard. Ratchet straps were popped, furniture broken, boxes smashed, front door could not be opened. $1400 worth of damage, and you claim it was my fault. Never again.

United States | 28 March 2025After about a year and a half sitting in storage because of financial issues and being charged $375 per month I was able to pay for the delivery, and was told there was no more storage fee now, but how convenient that the earliest for delivery just happens to be 1 day before the date on my contract for so called hire of the pod and they charge me another month rental. I think it was unfair if not for that I may have given 5 stars PS: This review is in the US not Australia so pay no attention to that

United States | 28 March 2025I’ll admit that I was hesitant to use Pods for the first time for a cross country move but I must say it was a great experience. Customer service team was courteous, professional and very thorough in explaining the process. The drop off and picks were so smooth. When the pod arrived at the destination the items inside were intact and there was no shifting of the load. I highly recommend using Pods and will use the again in the future for any moves I may have

She also did not waste any time with the process. All of the drivers were great and in time. I have used PODS in the past and the experience was just as great this time as it was last time. I will absolutely recommend PODS to all of my friends and family.

United States | 28 March 2025I was not warned that it could take two weeks to have the pod delivered after scheduling. We did get our pod after one week but then it would not open. We requested help and were told we could only have someone come out on a Tuesday or Thursday. We already had movers scheduled to unload the pod and were planning to leave town the next day. Luckily the movers were able to get the pod open but they said it was the most stuck door they had ever seen and it was because the rollers were broken. Overall customer service was bad and we were basically told tough luck by Pods.

My loaded pod was delivered fully intact with minimal shifting of the contents and nothing was broken in transit. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend using a pod for your next move!
