Initial estimate of how many pods to order proved inaccurate. My suggestion is to opt for more space than less. Delivery and pick up went off without a hitch. Not all delivery drivers were up to snuff. Some tried to take the easy way out (instead of doing the reversing maneuver to have the pod face the right way). Needing to hire separate folks for loading and unloading is a big drawback. No one to hold accountable for damage to items. All in all it was somewhat of a stressful moving experience although the pods aspect was generally fine.

From start to finish everything went exactly as planned, pickups and removals were on time and charges were as stated (far less than any other moving company I contacted for an across country move). Pod was very clean and we had no damage to anything in the container. Very happy and pleased with the service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!

The gentleman who delivered our pod to our new home was absolutely amazing. He took the time to make sure that the pod would open after delivery. Ours happen to be suck due to our belongings shifting during transport. He room the time to raise and lower the pod until our belongings had sifted back enough to open the door. He genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and care about customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, my move with PODS was perfect. The delivery in Santa Barbara was on time and where I wanted. The delivery in Mount Vernon came exactly when I wanted and the driver, Craig W was more than helpful figuring where it should be placed. I will definitely use PODS again if I move, but next time I'll use the loading crew they recommend.

I used PODS for the first time, in a cross country move, and it was a positive experience every step along the way! From the initial quote conversation to the drivers in NV and IN, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Special thanks to the Indianapolis team for modifying my scheduling needs when I learned on unloading day that both PODS were NOT going to fit on my new driveway! The drivers were excellent but the 3 PODS that were delivered to me for packing my furniture and items were absolutely filthy both inside and outside. Frankly for the amount of money I paid that is disgarceful.

Great communication and service. They did what they said they would and when they said they would. Very helpful with all aspects of our move including a referral to movers to load and unload our pods.

PODs was amazing! We moved from California to Texas, and the process was seamless. Andre was great on the California side, the whole company was communicative, and what I liked most is that it was very easy to get ahold of a real person any time I needed to call.

I have worked with Pods twice once in moving from out-of-state and just recently to another town. The personnel I had contact with were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The drivers I met were very much the same and extremely knowledgeable in getting the pods where they needed to be placed or picked up. I would highly recommend Pods for anyone's move.

Flexibility and ease of scheduling were great. I made several running changes and never had any issues! Very easy company to do business with.

It made moving a little less difficult. But I truly feel we were scammed. We was told after waiting 1 and a half weeks to actually get my pod back to move into our new home it couldn’t be that day. Finally after fussing with representatives finally got it 3 days later. We wanted to clear it out before the end of our month bc we didn’t need it more than that. But they made sure we did. We were charged the entire month even only having it 2 days. Had they granted our request when asked we would have got it done. So when they arrived to drop it off the guy said he only had 2 drops. So the customer service reps lie!! Over all the use of it was helpful if timing and cost were factored it would have been great

We had a great experience using Pods. The only issue we had was a minor one with the amount changing and going up from the quoted price bc their computer calculated the mileage differently but other than that....smooth sailing and will definitely use them again if needed! (Hopefully we won't need to use them again!!
