There are better options than PODS if you're looking to move stuff or temporarily. They attract you with their seeming ease and low cost, but the fact is, there are a lot of hidden fees and then they don't take responsibility if they mess things up on their end. With both PODS I recently rented, I was beyond disappointed at the customer service. No contact indeed. Support another company. This one doesn't deserve your time and money.

Overall the pods did the duty needed. But we had a slight problem with delivery to our new home. One pod was put at the wrong address which prolonged the 2nd pod from being removed from old home to go to new home as the driver said there was no room for the 2nd one. All in all you guys did your part and got it remedied as quickly as possible.

Seamless process from start to finish. They arrived on-time, if not early. You do need to provide your own lock for the container but that makes complete sense, naturally. Drop-off and pick-up is also quick and easy. Just remember to ensure your bookings are correct as last minute changes may result in fees.
